Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

Went to this location and ordered 2 subs. The staff or "sandwich artist" was friendly and made our sandwiches perfect and didn't mind adding extra sauce etc. To make sure we were satisfied. The lady also marked one of the sandwiches wrapper with a sticker so we could easily tell them apart. This location wasn't busy at the time I went in but I went in the afternoon. Price was decent and the subs were very good and didn't fall apart and were not soggy when we got them home. Store was clean and well organized, advertisements for new subs available were visible and appealing. They also now serve 2 different kinds of soup. Ridiculously slow!!! Employees are not very well trained for issues. System was down and employees had no clue what to do. Upon watching the customer place their order and have their food made i walked out. My ten year old could've made a better sandwich than that. The employee was to busy wrapped up in what was goi going on with the register versus providing good customer service to the customer in front of them. I was definitely a loyal customer have eaten at the Appomattox,VA subway just about everyday.Until I went some days ago and it was a dead fly in the chicken that they use for buffalo chicken.Instead of taking the whole tray out putting fresh chicken in.The girl just scooped a few chicken out with the dead fly and continue to serve it to people.That was just nasty and haven't eaten there since.They definitely lost me as a loyal customer.They get 0 stars from me but I had to add...
