Update: they seem to have fixed something, our order has been correct the last 2 times without having to ask. Changing my rating.
I've placed orders from this location 3 times. First time as a pickup through the pizza portal, no sauces were in the slot. I didn't notice until I got home, so I called the store. They said I had to come back to the store, which is a 20 minute round trip.
The second time was delivery, and no sauces were included. I called the number to try to get the sauces redelivered. After a 20+ minute wait on hold, they told me they'd issue a refund for my order. I checked my statement multiple times, but the refund never showed up. Based on the hold times, I didn't bother to call back about my refund.
Tonight, I ordered my pizza and sauces through the app. I picked it up at the pizza portal, and I knew that I needed to check for the sauces. They weren't included, so I told an employee. They gave me the sauces, and I was good to go, but if I didn't check I would have had to drive back again. The pizza tasted like it was sitting for a while, but was satisfactory.
I've ordered Little Caesar's from other locations and the sauces are included in my order without an issue. This is my 3rd order from this location, and so far it's been 0/3. Otherwise, I enjoy the food and would order more often. It's small, but it's frustrating and lessens my...
Read moreCan't ever get food here anymore because of such a long wait time. Lost money Door Dashing a couple years ago because of a 1.5 hour wait time, and we couldn't get cheesy bread tonight due to a 45 minute wait time when food is supposed to be hot and ready.
My frustration is not with the staff who can't keep up with the insane amount of orders, but with management who doesn't properly staff the store.
The same young lady I saw a couple years ago running the entire restaurant by herself was there again tonight with only one more person to run the whole store. You can tell they are exhausted beyond belief, but they still remain professional greeting guests, keeping customers informed, and continuously working hard. As someone who has worked in fast food, kudos to the two working tonight for just $13/hour because Chick-fil-A starting pay with no experience and limited schedule availability is $16/hour but with a fully staffed team and more positive working environment (sometimes haha). I'd rather know Little Caesars is closed a couple days a week, but I can walk in expecting to get food rather than being open every day always walking out empty handed and sometimes losing my own income.
Again, the service was a amazing, but the food wasn't. Because we...
Read moreNormally, I don't have any big complaints about this location. Tonight is a different story- we're very disappointed. I placed my order at 4:46 with an estimated pick up time of 5:03-5:08 which was prefect for my GPS estimated arrival of 5:06. I got the notification that it was in the portal, ready for pick up at 4:54. I had the thought to request my order be made fresh because I really didn't want pizza and breadsticks that had been sitting for 10 minutes plus my ride home...but I've also had a long day and (as usual) there was nobody anywhere near the front counter and I didn't feel like standing around waiting until someone decided to come greet the customers and then wait while they remade my food. I should've waited. THIS FOOD IS TERRIBLE. Hardly even edible. There's a reason why people place orders when they do guys- if I know I'm not going to be at the store for 10 minutes, my food being ready in 10 minutes as opposed to 5 is a good thing. I appreciate promptness as much as the next guy...cold, hard, nasty pizza and breadsticks- not so much. And not answering the phone when I call isn't going to stop me from finding a way to speak to a manger about...
