Very unprofessional, if you want to make an appointment you have to leave a deposit, which is fine but they don’t take credit cards only venmo or cash app!!! I don’t use any of this when i asked to use my credit card i was told no and also if I can’t do any of the above to go there and leave the deposit in cash..... i am not waisting time of my day to drive there to give them money to save a appointment date my time is valuable like their’s is!!!! I understand that if I don’t show up for my appointment i will be charged a fee, because i will cost them time and money and that’s ok, but what I don’t get is why they would charge me before hand its crazy even some hotels don’t charge you till you get there. I called 5 more salons in the area and none of them require deposit, don’t waste your time with this salon. Also there is a sewer smell last time...

Horrible experience. Friends and I got SNS nails and the color is nothing like the one we picked out. I picked a dark grey color and now my nails have turned green and glow in the dark. They were very rough and shaped my nails poorly. The pedicure was simply a polish change with water. The massages were not consistent between customers and frankly were a bit weird because one of the technicians started punching my friend's legs. I unfortunately opted for the the neck massage and I thought I was being strangled. After my friends saw, they decided not to get one as well. We had an appointment for 10 and did not leave until 12. They were very slow and for all the time they wasted I expected better quality. I will not...

Tammy unfortunately did not adhere my tips to my nails properly so now I've left with gaping crevices between the nail and tip underneath on my dip nails where dirt and grime could get in. Not my first rodeo getting nails done and I hate when places treat you like you know nothing about how the process goes and what a quality job looks like. Also, $5 extra if you want almond or coffin shaped nails. They were able to get me in immediately but at the cost of a rush job on my nails and her appointment waiting on her longer than she should have.
