I love Marco's pizza, but this has to be the worst one I've ever been to. The service is horrible. The employees are rude as hell. I try to speak as politely as possible, but I'm treated with extreme rudeness. And I'm not the one who messed up my order, they did. I ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico with out cheese(I can't eat cheese). And I also pay for double Pepperoni, because I love Pepperoni. So I get the Magnifico, which is supposed to be full of Pepperoni, and I also pay for extra Pepperoni, but my pizza literally has 3 Pepperoni slices a slice. It's supposed to have 2 types of Pepperoni, but I'm getting 3 a slice, that's just ridiculous. I shouldn't even have to pay for extra Pepperoni because my pizza is cheaper for them to make without cheese, but no, I still pay for double Pepperoni and receive a sorry looking pizza with barely any Pepperoni on it. When I show them my pizza, I just get pure attitude. I guess they would rather be standing in a circle talking with the rest of the employees. But what's even worse, is one of the employees tells me that the owner of the shop and management has told them to cut back on how much toppings they put on each pizza. So looks like everyone's pizza is going to be less quality because the owner is try to make as much money, while screwing over the customers. If I was Marco's, I would remove this owner because they are just going to discredit Marco's name. So sad how people can be so greedy and be okay with selling less quality food to customers paying the same prices as before, actually, the price are probably more than before. If I was you, I would avoid this Marco's, because of the poor service and the poor management trying to take advantage of its customers. Time to find a new pizza place, because I will never go...
Read moreI placed an order lastnight online w the deals n used my coupon to redeem the new fiery pizza also 2ltstarry soda w lg pizza plus cheese sticks n got a discount ..amy the manager stated I didnt order that it doesnt comes w cheese bread w it states online which it does all I ask was for a discount on my next purchase my sausage pizza tasted old..n she was just going on n on about it like I was wrong when I paid for it....I also called today to speak to a manager he sound real young he like I'm the manager n he talking to someone else which I think was amy cause a girl like what about amy..he talking about the time he clocked in I just hung the phone up rude n unprofessional..everyone dont deserve to be a manger ..all I wanted was my cheese bread I ordered or 3 off my next purchase n amy was rude also the one that picked up today about when he clocked in laughing instead of listening to me ..40 I should of .gotton what I ordered...
Read moreMy promise time was at 5:45. I called at 6:21 to inquire because no notification of delivery was made. I was told that my order was still at the store so I had informed them to hold it there I will pick it up myself since I was on a time restraint. As I arrive, the delivery driver calls me and tells me my pizza here. When I walk in to ask for compensation for the wasted time and gas. I had to wait 20 minutes to talk the manager. She told me the GM is only able to handle these cases. GM comes up works on the computer walks away saying nothing to me. The manager comes back and apolgoizes for the wait and finally tells me that the GM said I won't be compensated, which isn't where the problem lies.
However, I find it extremely unprofessional to not have the professional courtesy to tell me himself when he was right there.
I enjoyed the food but will not order again if this is how Marco's treats...
