Avoid this McDonald's if at all possible! If I could give them a negative score I would make sure they're the only restaurant I've ever been to to get a negative score! I stopped here to grab a quick meal on my way home after a long day. The drive thru was backed up and barely moving (I should have realized there was a problem with them at this point but didn't). I pulled into curbside spot #7, checked in at 9:02 PM. At 9:47 PM (45 minutes later), severely frustrated with watching every other vehicle in the parking lot and the drive thru that showed up after I did, I walk inside to get my order. After standing at the register for yet another 15 minutes before even being acknowledged, the cashier asks about my order and brings my order to me. Before walking out of the restaurant I decided to check my food in case it wasn't correct (was NOT giving them the benefit of the doubt after an hour of waiting). Not surprising, my entire order was cold. It had evidently sat for the entire hour I waited. Another young lady asked what the problem was and had the kitchen prepare the order again, but not without a major attitude. This crew was so lazy that they refused to take curbside orders out. I was 1 of several people waiting at the curbside parking spots and in an hour not 1 employee delivered a meal to anyone sitting in curbside pickup. I live 10 minutes from this McDonald's (the next closest is another 15 to 20 minutes away) and will NEVER EVER visit this one again!! I would rather drive 3 times farther than to give them another red cent outta my pocket!! I wasn't the only person who was pissed because of the lack of competent service. If fact, there were SEVERAL other very unhappy customers complaining about the service saying they wouldn't be back either! Ordered two happy meals for my kids on Monday at 16:34 via the app. I walked into the lobby to pick them up around 16:50, and had to wait until around 17:15 to get the two happy meals. Meanwhile, the drive-thru kept moving. Seems as though they very heavily prioritize the drive-thru. Make sure if you're doing an online/app order, choose the pick up at drive-thru option.
The man working the register was frustrated, and said he couldn't service anymore customers in the lobby. He locked the two lobby doors so no more customers could come in. He told the customers to not let anyone else in. That's not our job (as customers) to tell people at the door they are no longer servicing anyone in the restaurant. At least put up a piece of paper stating that so people are aware.
Several people had issues with their orders and had to request them to fix the orders. The man who was working the register kept walking back acting like he was fixing the order, but seemed more like he was just trying to avoid the difficult situation, and having to interface with the customers still in the lobby. Saw him several times walk back, and look like he was just talking/venting with the cooks in the back.
The whole situation was handled very poorly. This location really needs to evaluate staffing at all levels.
My kids were nearly late for their sports practice because an online order (which I ordered ahead of time) was given one of the lowest priorities, and we had to wait over 40 minutes for it to be ready from the time it was ordered...
Seemed like ownership and management were both missing. If they were short staffed or having issues, you'd think the manager or owner would step in to help make things right.

Since I had already invested 20 minutes I opted to wait but overheard the tall female manager Tell the other employees that the customers who were complaining could "get on up out of here she didn't have time for it". Absolutely AWFUL experience. Placed order at 2:30pm. Waited for TWENTY MINUTES. At 22 mins I asked to speak to a manager. Tall African American woman came to speak to me and she was obviously irritated or stressed. The Lobby WAS FULL of people waiting for orders like me. I advised the manager i had been standing there for 22 minutes and she told me I could "Keep waiting or get a refund, those were our only 2 options". Two customers who were behind me and were also VERY FRUSTRATED at the amount of time it was taking for simple orders piped up and said, "We will take a refund". I opted to wait as I had already invested 25 minutes at this point. The mgr told me how they did not have enough employees and they had "JUST opened the lobby back up after covid" and were understaffed. Then as she walked away back toward the drive through window I overheard her (she was not speaking quietly, or in any way trying to hide her attitude, and she WANTED ME TO HEAR HER) tell the man working the orders for the lobby, that "If they (meaning the crowd of frustrated people waiting in her lobby) don't like it, they can GET UP ON OUTTA HERE I don't have time for this". I have NEVER experienced this attitude at a MCD's before. This manager needs to find another line of work. Her customer service skills...
