Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

We put in an online order around 130 in the afternoon for pick up at 6pm. Arrived to Pizza Hut shortly before 6… was told the pizzas were being cut. After 20 mins I asked if our food was ready, this time being told ours is next in line to be cut. Multiple other patrons were complaining and waiting, manager came to front but only spoke to one patron before retreating and not coming back to talk with any other concerned patrons. At one point the manager said to another employee that she tried to shut the store down for rest of night because they were running out of some food and she also said “I’m not going to sit here and be yelled at”. No one yelled at any employee… but every concerned patron was not getting straight answers. Finally the cashier let me know one of our pizzas wasn’t even made (we had been here 49 mins at this time). Multiple people cancelled their orders and left. We didn’t get the right pizzas at the end of all of this anyway. It had taken too long and the restaurant was too chaotic. There were multiple employees working,but it didn’t seem anyone knew what was going on. We have had more bad experiences at this location...

We Might As Well Have Never Got A Pizza Hut Nearby I'm So Done With This Dinwiddie Location. We Are 5 Minutes Around The Street!! Tonight I Ordered 2 8pc Wings 2 Chicken Alfredos And A PZone At 8:10PM! We Received Our Food At 9:15PM! And When I Gave The Driver My Money He Took It Upon Himself To Give Himself A Tip And Gave Me Back Incorrect Change! Once Back Inside I Check The Food And We Were Given The Wings A Pizza And Breadsticks WRONG. So Not Even 2 Minutes Later Im Calling The Store 3 Times Only Getting The Call Center To Answer I Tell Them What's Wrong She Sends Me To The Supervisor Fast Forward To 9:25PM! She Tells Me My Food Will Be Sent Out In The Next 30 MINUTES!! 10:00PM Passes 10:30PM Passes 11:00PM Passes NO FOOD!! I Call Them Again And Someone Tells Us Our Food Got Put At The Bottom Of The Delivery List And They Waiting For The Driver To Get Done Delivering 6 Other Orders. It Is Now 11:08PM! I Am Completely Done And Will Not Order After Tonight This Is Beyond...

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza on the app and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I gave it 20 minutes then arrived to pick it up. The lady behind the counter gave me receipt and told me it was still in the oven and would be a few minutes.

Twenty minutes later I went back up and asked about it again and they told me it still was in the oven. I told them that it was not possible to still be in the oven. They told me they could not make the oven go faster and I would have to wait. I told them it had been 40 minutes since I ordered it. They looked at my receipt and then told me they were out of small pizzas so it had just not been made at all. So they had been lying every time they said it was in the oven.

I told them that I needed my money back since they had already charged me for it. They then told me that it would be at least 5 minutes before they could do that as they were very busy. It was incredibly rude and I will not eat...
