McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

I hate to be the one to leave a bad review, but as nothing more than a paying customer, I'm not left many options. There are 2 McDonald's within almost equal distance of my residence, and consistently when I order from this location it ends with the same results. I order online and spend an average time of 15 minutes waiting for my food after i arrive. Again, I state consistently, and none of my orders were ever over $30. This most recent incident, causing me to make this review was 4 chicken sandwiches and 20 chicken nuggets. I pulled through the drive thru and was told to (by a rude young employee ) to pull up and wait and someone would bring it out to me. After 15 min of waiting, I decided to go inside and I addressed the same rude young employee who heard my request, but did not acknowledge me. Within the next 2 minutes I heard him say " Dont take anymore orders" (I assume online orders), and he also him say " I need those chicken sandwiches". And this is all while their were other customers in the lobby NOT being attended to, waiting to place orders or had an issue. Had I not come inside to investigate the issue with my online order i have no idea how long it would have taken. This specific location seems to either be extremely short staffed or hire employees who do not care about customer service. In the future I will certainly make sure I only order from the other location, which is a little further away, but much faster and better...

Waited a total of 30 minutes for an order I placed using the app ahead of arrival. While waiting in the curbside pickup spot for 15 minutes, I watched car after car going through the drive through and leaving with their food. So I left my curbside pickup spot and went into the drive through. When I got to the 2nd window, the boy told me they were working on orders for 20 people, they were understaffed and they were working on my order. I asked him which part of my order, but he walked off. He came back and told me to pull into the drive through waiting spot. I waited 10 minutes then decided to go in to get my food. I went in and my bag was clearly marked with my first name and curbside spot number, and was sitting all alone. Apparently, they were waiting on the cookies I ordered. If I'd known that 30 minutes before, I would have told them to forget the cookies. I waited another 5 minutes before they finally gave me my order. Got home with it to discover that the burgers were not only lukewarm, but the beef patties were not cooked all the way through. On the bright side, the fries were hot and fresh because they put those in right before they handed everything off to me. That will be the last trip to...

If I could give this location Zero Stars I Would!! I'm annoyed for them to even get 1 Star!! The drive thru employees are some of the Rudest people on the Earth! They mainly had an elderly Black lady and a White lady. Both of them are Beyond Professional and always Insult customers when you ask them Anything. Especially the old wrinkled up racist white lady I had the pleasure of speaking to today. Not only did she answer the intercom with an Attitude she was Very Insulting and Rude! I attempted to use the mobile app and read to her the code the App Said for the item and she had the nerve to question if I could read her 4 numbers properly. I even went into the Store and showed her in Person and she was Still Rude and Unapologetic!! If I had the power I would've fired her on the Spot! I'm not even the type of person to leave this kinda review, but it was Well Deserved! I would not recommend Anyone to go to this location. You will Not be happy with that choice. I would rather drive 20 miles to Another Mcdonalds with high Gas Prices than to waste my Time or Money going to this location. So my actual review is Zero Stars...
