Went inside the location to order food. Everything was fine until it came time to pay. For whatever reason their credit card machine would not except my card. I explained to the female behind the cashier register that there was nothing wrong with my card and I had used it five places prior to coming to this location with no issue. She was being pretty rude and had about four different excuses of why my card was bad and it wasn’t her equipment or her machine and wasn’t her problem. I asked if there was another way to process my car and was again told, due to many reasons how bad my card is. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my food because they couldn’t process my card and insisted it was my problem. Hungry, I went across the street to a competitor, where my card was accepted and processed with absolutely no issues at all. I also heard this particular person hounding someone about payment prior to me as well. So, not only are you out the money for the wasted food that you made and didn’t get paid for, you then lost the money you could have collected to a competitor. Doesn’t make much sense to me. I attempted to call the location to speak with a manager, but no dice, just got hung up on. This place seems to be going down hill pretty quickly, and you might want to check your credit card...
Read moreIf I could give a negative score for this restaurant I would. They just stole my money by taking my payment and then refusing to give me my order items. Not kidding! I put an order through on the mobile app for two McFlurries. Got to the restaurant and they did not have my mobile order. They first tried to convince me that I was at the wrong location. I showed them the app and that it showed that the McFlurries had been ordered, the money had been paid, and the address of the restaurant I had to pick up (the one I was at). The manager refused to give me the McFlurries. He said something about having to check the computer, but then went off making fries for about 20 minutes. I could see him the whole time, but he refused to look at me or come to address the issue. Finally he came and said something about it being my issue for ordering online. I went through the app ordering process with him and asked him if that was not correct, but he just mumbled incoherently that it was my choice to order online. I asked him who had my money, and he said he didn't know. Read moreMonday morning at 8am ... just ordered coffee at drive-through. Manager told me to park my car in the parking lot and someone would bring out my one coffee. No one was in line behind me. I just sat there and told the manager ill wait since no one was behind me. She got power trip angry and said someone would be behind me. I said when someone comes ill go park which made the manager more angry. She gave me my coffee and I said that there is still no one behind me. She told me "just leave". I then politely asked for a refund. She gave me my refund and told her that there was still no one behind me. Management at this place is a joke. No wonder the place gets such bad reviews. They also don't know that their Mocha latte is actually a mocha latte. You have to say just "mocha" because if you ask for a mocha latte they will say they don't have that. LoL mocha just means chocolate.
