McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

At this point I am very frustrated with this branch. I am in the area on Tuesdays and stop at Mc Donald’s for lunch to order the Southwest Salad and specifically state that I want grilled chicken with southwest dressing and an additional southwest dressing. When I get to the window to pick my food up they ALWAYS give me 2 ranch dressings and shrugs it off with we don’t have Southwest Dressing or you order an extra dressing (yes, Southwest Dressing). This time when I said I don’t want the salad I want a refund they randomly search and find 2 Southwest dressings.

The communication is terrible

If you do not have the dressing to go with the salad when I order, you should let customers (me) know so we can decide whether we want it or would like to order something else. You KNOW you don’t have the dressing and you’re hoping that people don’t double check their order when picking it up or you’re getting away with not having the dressing.

This has been going on for a while. The first time I understood, but next time I’m contacting corporate. Are you deliberately not ordering because you are getting away with it?

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever EVER experienced! I agree with all of the people that gave it a 1 star. Nasty, poor customer service, you must wipe down your own table before you can sit down and eat. The manger name Taheer is rude, mean and extremely disrespectful. Elizabeth is no help and a bit rude. Mohamed is the other manger he is always kind and trys to be helpful, I know Mohamed from another McDonald's (when he first started with the company years ago) and he has always treated me with respect, he is a good family man, when he is in charge the McDonald's is a little better. I still say this is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever EVER experienced. Oh and about that time the womens restroom had plumbing problems and they used a small trash can to catch the water when you wash your hands and it spashed all over your legs and feet, this went on for months. Just nasty and unacceptable. Pray I get my car back on the road soon so I can go to a cleaner McDonald's. I always pray before I eat. I don't want...

I placed a large order for my family. When I got to the register, I was charged for a hot fudge sundae when I didn't order it. Instead of refunding my money, the employee tried over and over for me to get something else of equal or lesser value. When I said no, he said he had to get the manager. The manager came, and was very pleasant, and asked the same questions, about getting something of equal value. I said NO. it took awhile due to the employees speaking in Spanish to figure out the refund amount on a sundae. When I got to the second window, I was given the wrong sundaes and that took more time. When I finally received my order, I was missing the Juicebox for my happy meal. And to top it all off, the large Fanta drink they gave me had a crack in the bottom, and it leaked over my entire passenger side seat. Not to mention the sundaes that they had to re-make just had the toppings removed from the top, and it looked disgusting. This entire experience was terrible. I would not recommend this location to anyone...
