Ugh!!! The African American man (with all the visible tattoos) who was at the drive thru cash register was UNBELIEVABLE!!! He refused to give us his name when we asked for it. We ordered my 2 year old niece a cheeseburger with ONLY cheese. He said, "You want a plain cheeseburger?" And we repeated that we wanted a cheeseburger with only cheese. So we pull up to the first window and pay and go to the second window and get the cheeseburger. We pull away, my sister opens up the burger and it is DRENCHED in ketchup, my niece is allergic to tomatoes. So we drive back around to the window to the cashier and tell him, we ordered a cheeseburger with JUST CHEESE and we had told him twice that's what we wanted. He proceeded to argue with us. He wrong up a plain cheeseburger and plain cheeseburgers have ketchup on them. And we told him my niece is allergic to ketchup we would have never ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup for that reason. And he just kept arguing with us and being extremely confrontational and rude. We asked for his name because we were going to call corporate and complain he refused to give us his name. So then we ask for the manager on duty. He came to the window and apologize for the way the employee was acting and informed us that he was going to send him home for the rest of the evening so he could calm down. He also remade the cheeseburger and said we could have a free meal the next time we came. According to the general manager in a letter from that location regarding a previous bad experience we have a free meal there as well. I'm just DONE with this location. If this is the kind of employees that they want to keep on staff dealing with customers and being a face for the McDonald's brand then that's too bad for them because this location is SEVERELY lacking. And the way this employee behaved that night was...
Read moreNot allowing people in they must use a doorbell? No security? No one under 21? So this location thinks they can just not allow minors in anymore? Without an adult Okay but 18 and over not allowed you have to be 21 and up? That sounds like age discrimination what McDonald's is now serving alcohol and it's a bar? I don't remember there being a Mcbeer here. I hope you guys get sued and the lawsuits cost you lots of money. If you needed to add security fine or do whatever even close But not allowing adults 18,19, 20 that's age discrimination... Those young men maybe military service members visiting their family or just living in the area hard working people in construction or who knows another local fastfood place workers down the street who knows but discrimination of any sorts is wrong. I hope you pay dearly for just doing things that you think you can implement on a whim.... Young adults unite and Sue get some money from a business that made money off young people since it's start and would be nothing without them. Seems like businesses didn't learn from Budweiser and how quickly the public can turn on them when they do something wrong or the public feels wrong... Big difference between Budweiser and this location's McDonald's age discrimination is illegal. Justice for the young legal...
Read moreI live very close to this McDonald's so me and my friend went in to order some food yesterday and were utterly shocked and disappointed with the service. We looked at the menu for a bit and we were stared down by the gentleman in the blue shirt (who we assumed was the manager) the entire time. Eventually we went to the register as the same guy glared at us from where he was standing without saying anything for a good minute. Confused, we asked if he could take our order and he begrudgingly walked over after letting a minute pass without saying a word or acknowledging us. Eventually we told him our orders and asked him questions about the meal and instead of speaking to us he would just make faces so we said we're good and left. As we were leaving he starts yelling something at us and laughing or talking to someone in the back and laughing as he kept leaning over to watch us leave. I have genuinely never felt so uncomfortable in my life. The staff was at best, extremely unprofessional and at worst straight up bullying customers. Now it makes sense that we didn't see anyone else eating there. If you want to be treated like a decent human being and not be basically harassed and dehumanized by the staff when you're just trying to order DO NOT DO...
