So I heard good things about this place. Actually, it was pretty good with a few exceptions. Asked for extra pizza sauce, there wasn’t any extra. I got mushrooms, it didn’t seem worth ordering mushrooms because they were sparse. The wings are really good, I just won’t order honey mustard again. It was more mustard than anything. The honey hot wings were yummy! I was torn between a 3 star or 4 star rating. I hope next time will be better, it is good pizza and wings. We can get it right!

I love the food from here, I’m currently down in Richmond for work so I’m staying at a hotel so I don’t have ketchup. I ordered the large 420 sub and not only did they not put any ketchup in the bag, I asked for ketchup and they gave me 4 measly ketchup packets for this big sub. What am I going to do with that? I get you try to save money whoever you can, but skimping out on ketchup is ridiculous, I spend $30 on food at your establishment and they’re too greedy to give extra ketchup?

Best kept secret in Colonial Heights. This was our first time eating here and will not be the last. Mom got the breaded wings with no sauce and onion rings, also tried the Italian sub and fish sandwich with fries. All the food was excellent. Did not scimp on the meat for the sub, the fish for the sandwich was huge and cooked perfect. Arrived quickly and was hot. The gentleman who delivered was polite and friendly. Can't wait to try those pizza and philly sub.

After passing this place a million times, I finally ordered delivery to see if I’ve been missing anything. I remember going to this building as a kid, when it was an ice cream shop, which had me feeling a little nostalgic.

After reading reviews, I decided to order a variety of items, but skipped the pizza this time. I totally forgot to snap photos, but here’s what my partner and I got: a chicken philly sub; lamb gyro platter; fish fillet sampler; cheeseburger; hot buffalo wings; fries; chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Here’s how we felt about each item:

Chicken Philly – very generous with the meat, which was seasoned and cooked well. The bread was a little mushy, so I think I’d throw it in the oven for about 5 minutes next time. Not sure how I feel about sliced yellow cheese on top of a philly sub, I’d rather have melted provolone or the og liquid orange cheese. The sandwich also felt a little dry, so I’ll probably add more mayo if I get it again. Overall, not bad, but nowhere near the best I’ve had.

Lamb Gyro Platter – another generous portion and one of my favorite dishes of the night. The lamb was lovely, the pita bread was good and the fries were okay. We received tzatziki, ranch, and tarter sauces, none of which were marked, and even after tasting each one, it was hard to tell which one was tzatziki. I think I ended up using the ranch with the gyro platter, but it worked fine. This was supposed to come with a can of soda, but did not. I didn’t really care, but worth mentioning that it was left out.

Fish Fillet Sampler – easily the favorite pick of the night. The fish fillets were perfectly cooked and seasoned well enough that we didn’t need to add anything to them, although it never hurts to sprinkle on a little hot sauce with fried fish! The fillets were HUGE. Crispy on the outside and deliciously tender inside. I will definitely be ordering this again. The fish was better than any of the fried fish I’ve had around town, even at “seafood” joints. This was also supposed to come with a soda, but did not. If the price is built-in for the cost of a soda, it starts to add up when it's left off of each platter.

Cheeseburger – typical frozen beef patty, which would be okay for the price, but the bun tasted really stale. Will most likely not order this again.

Wings – traditional with hot buffalo sauce. These were okay, but I think ordering a dry rub is the way to go next time. Or maybe getting the sauce on the side. It's like they were soggy and overcooked at the same time, if that makes any sense.

Fries – nobody is going here for the fries, but they’re good enough to munch on as a side. They’re not good enough to want to keep eating them after the sandwich is finished … but maybe that’s a good thing.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich – I’m personally not a big fan of this combination and especially not from here. My partner who usually loves this type of sandwich, threw this one away. The bacon was really weird, maybe turkey bacon?! Gross AND a mean trick for this bacon lover! Bun was stale. The chicken was barely warm and was a cheap frozen patty. The cheese wasn’t melted and the lettuce was wilted. Just no.

Overall, a decent experience. The delivery was quick and the food was hot (aside from the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich). Will get the fish and gyro again for sure and would like to try a stromboli and an Italian sub. Stay tuned...

Food took over 2 hours to get here. The original ETA was 3:20 and it did not arrive till 4:30. I placed the order at 2:30. I called them at 3:40 only to be put on hold for 5 minutes while they laughed and talked in the background. Eventually, I just hung up and called again. I explained to the man that answered that it was way past the time it was supposed to arrive and he informed me that my food was ready, but they hadn’t even left yet to bring it to me. I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes for it to arrive. I mapped it to see how far it would be from my house and it was only 9 minutes. After 30 minutes, not 15, the food finally arrived. When I opened up my burger the bun was stale, the “bacon” that I had to pay an extra dollar for looked like something you would give to a dog, and I had one small pickle, which I also had to pay an extra 50 cent for. My mozzarella sticks were colder than room temperature and soggy. I am so disgusted by the lack of respect they had for me, as a customer and how they present themselves. I gave them 17 dollars of my money and trusted that they would bring me at least edible food, and they didn’t. Never order from here unless you are into disgusting cold food and...

Terrible food and not much better service. Ordered an italian sub. Could've made a better one myself at home. Y'all didn't even toast the bread! Lean lunch meat, kraft cheese, not a drop of any kind of dressing what the hell made this italian...the baby pepperoni's?! Friend got the double cheese burger. Frozen fake patties and it was cold. The only thing that was hot and somewhat eatable were the fries. Ontop of that when we walked through the door, 2 associates neither one spoke. We spent a few minutes trying to read the menu which was behind several fixtures of lighting and not very viseable before we approached the associate, where I still had to speak first. Not a single car in the lot. That should've been my first give away. Will not be back. Worst 23 bucks I ever spent on a...
