Padrino's Pizza III — Restaurant in Virginia

Oredered delivery from here tonight. Will not be ordering from here again. First, the food showed up incorrect. I ordered the spaghetti parmigiana (spaghetti with sauce and mozzerella cheese) for $9.99. I recieved the spaghetti with meat sauce. When we called to tell them, the woman on the phone did not even know they have spaghetti parmigiana. We were offered a $5 credit. I told them I wanted the correct food. When it arrived the sauce was watery and did not stick to the noodles, it just pooled in the bottom of the bowl. My husband and daughter did not hardley touch their food either, because of the poor quality. The kids pizza is not made on crust, but on a piece of pita bread. My daughter picked the cheese off and left the rest. The cheese inside the mozzerella sticks is also sub par, it had a mushy consistency. The prices are certainly low...

This place used to be great.....now I ordered two steak n cheeses and they came but no one could eat them tasted like salt.... another time I ordered a shrimp basket and guess what the shrimp was burnt to a crisp couldn't eat that so they where exposed to send fresh food but guess what it never came I called a hour and half back to see where my food was and the manager said he will credit me for next time so today I called to order the special two large and manager so called said total 19.00 I pay 15 no sir that was not what I was told when y'all screwed up twice and never sent my food last time not a happy customer and won't be ordering from them ever again. Poor customer service skills over all I wasted 40 dollars and they want me to pay for my credit...

Ordered online from a company named Slice. No problem from them. We recieved our food, 2 steak and cheese subs, fries, onion rings. My order was fine. My fiance's sub had a very long hair in it. I called and let them know and asked for another sub. The owner was yelling in the background that we had to bring that sub back in order to get another one. If I was driving out, I would have went to a different restaurant. Wouldn't refund for sub. I had to call Slice, they were very nice. Refunded my money plus gave me a $5 credit for next order. We won't be ordering from here again. Owner very disrespectful like We did...
