Not going to get into too many details but just know, I had no heat in my place, I was cold, stressed, and had a long day due to experiencing empty promises from another company. That said, I decided to use the app UberEats to order some pizza. My order went through without a hassle yet for some reason, Uber took more than an hour to find a driver. After waiting so long (and at the time not seeing a driver selected yet), I decided to call Papa John's to see if they even got the order since the app was having problems. I was told that the order was made at the time I placed it and was getting cold. The representative from the store suggested to call and cancel the order with Uber and that he would void it on his end to help expedite the process of getting a refund. Only... right after I finished my call, Uber found a driver and I had no option to cancel it since it was order passed a certain phase in the ordering system. Realizing I was doomed to have a driver pick up very cold food, I called the store again. I asked if the order had been voided yet, the same representative from earlier had let me know not yet since it was a procedure that is taken care of at closing. Thankful, I asked him one more question. "Will it be alright if you guys remake the order for me?" I realized I was asking a lot from them and I wasn't even paying them since the money was going to Uber. I wish I could tip them through the app and not just my driver, who was also a really good sport in all of this because he was ok with waiting for Papa John's to remake my order. Needless to say, the rep agreed after hearing how stressed I must have sounded. My food was delicious and I'm extremely grateful at the incredible service I received from this Papa John's location. They went more than above and beyond for a customer that belonged to someone else, that being Uber.

Read moreI've been going to this location of Papa John's for years. I've never had any issues until today. I ordered two large pizzas but did not have garlic sauce in both despite being told they come with the sauce. The main reason I eat papa john's pizza is for the included garlic sauce and special seasoning that comes with the pizza but NOT ANYMORE!!!! The supposed general manager by the name of BETH stated that thin crust large pizza's do not come with garlic sauce. She went back and forth with me and said I needed to pay 58 cents (with tax) for a garlic sauce. I have never before over the years had to pay for a garlic sauce because they would come with the pizzas. Then she proceeded to tell me that I have to pay 10 cents for each special seasoning packet, which I never before had to pay for in the past. Today will be the last time I go to papa john's due to them charging for every little item. That's what kept me going for years, the garlic sauce that was included with the pizza but NOT ANYMORE! You lost a customer BETH, hope the back and forth over a 58 cent sauce was worth it!!! Plus the pizza wasn't that good, guess it was the garlic sauce that helped...
