I stopped by because I had some coupons. Upon arrival my mom had said that she remembers me not liking this location because of issues with the quality of ingredients/sides last year. I totally forgot about it, but decided to overlook that and try this location again since I was in the area. The premises and ingredients were clean, but I did not like that the employees didn't wear masks while they put together the food. They have to speak over the food. It just did not feel sanitary. The service on the other hand was AWFUL. I had to constantly repeat my responses and order multiple times. I spoke clearly and loudly. Even at the end they didn't give me the side I asked for and I had to remind them again. There were other moments of the ordering/paying interactions where the service just was so awful. Their online ordering is “off-line.” I was literally right next-door in the shopping center that this location is in, so I went inside…but of course, they can’t help me.
