Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

I stopped by because I had some coupons. Upon arrival my mom had said that she remembers me not liking this location because of issues with the quality of ingredients/sides last year. I totally forgot about it, but decided to overlook that and try this location again since I was in the area. The premises and ingredients were clean, but I did not like that the employees didn't wear masks while they put together the food. They have to speak over the food. It just did not feel sanitary. The service on the other hand was AWFUL. I had to constantly repeat my responses and order multiple times. I spoke clearly and loudly. Even at the end they didn't give me the side I asked for and I had to remind them again. There were other moments of the ordering/paying interactions where the service just was so awful. I had such a poor experience with this location Subway on Saturday at 2:15 my family and I went to this location to have lunch, the Manager Mathew was the person taking our orders, my order had guacamole, the dish was totally empty, he scraped from the dish, barley got any out, when I told him that are you going to put more he said no with a very nasty attitude, I asked for a manager and he said I'm the manager. So, I had a coupon for buy one get one 1/2 off (BOGO) through the subway app. But of course, the coupon is only good if you order online, and guess what?… No online ordering. Their online ordering is “off-line.” I was literally right next-door in the shopping center that this location is in, so I went inside…but of course, they can’t help me.
