Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

We decided to try the recently advertised Pizza melt meat lover and chose to get it at the Fairfax Station Pizza Hut. Our first experience was calling the Fairfax Station location and waiting on line for 15 minutes before some spoke to us while the PH phone system continued to play their recording. A long 5 minutes later some took our order.

5 minutes later we arrived at the Fairfax Station store and after waiting in our car for another 5 minutes I walked into the store and paid for our order. I was told it will be another 15 minutes before it would be ready. 10 minutes later I observed they were now starting my Pizzamelt order.

20 minutes later I asked for the 4th time how my order was coming. They search for my order and found it in a warming cabinet. In the end it took 55 minutes later.

And no they neither apologized nor offered a refund. Dam such wonderful customer service.

Oh yes, we did try the Pizzamelt meat lover and found that the tomato sauce was really good and the highline of our order.

3/20/2019 I'm very disappointed in the Pizza Hut at Village Shops, Silverbrook Road. Worst customer service I've had at Pizza Hut and I've been going there for years. Received a $5.99 coupon from Pizza Hut via email 18 March to use online; the website wouldn't accept my order after I tried off and on for an hour. Finally called the Pizza Hut to explain the situation; individual took my order and said if I brought a copy of the email coupon, they would honor it. When I went to pick up my pizza, they would NOT honor the coupon and said I have to order online (even though I called ahead of ordering to explain the site would not let me place the order). Note that the coupon is good through 24 March. Needless to say I left the pizza there and went somewhere else. This episode cost them a pizza and me my time because they refused to honor the coupon, even though they said on the phone they would. They cannot be trusted; didn't go out of their way to help the customer or uphold their word. This store needs...

Why not cut the cheese bread up? Also I ordered the big box meal with the rectangle pizza because that’s what I wanted and instead I get a regular medium pizza.
