Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

UPDATE: Adding back 2 stars after my interaction with the GM of this location - he called to apologize for the driver's behavior and to assure me that everyone who works there is required to provide proof of full vaccination OR wear a mask at all times. My order was comped and the driver will be coached so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I appreciate the quick follow up.

I will preface this by saying today was an isolated incident and I've never had an issue with this location before, but I was disturbed enough to make a public review. I ordered pizza tonight asking for the order to be left at my door, contactless. The driver did not do this and knocked instead which normally isn't a big deal but I didn't have any masks handy. I apologized to the driver for not having a mask but assured him I was vaccinated. He responded that COVID isn't real anyway and he's not getting any vaccines. Regardless of your opinion here, the spreading of misinformation is bad enough - but please explain to me how your location justifies sending unmasked, unvaccinated drivers to deliver food to people's homes. TERRIBLE SERVICE. We tried to contact the store about a pizza that we ordered that was made incorrectly. We were promptly hung up on when we requested to speak to a manager or higher up. So we then drive down to the store to speak to someone to hopefully resolve the situation ( my fiancé is pregnant as we explained to the staff and just wanted her pizza made the way we ordered it). The staff inside gave us the run around and said they hang up on customers frequently when they are busy or feel “disrespected” ( I guess asking for management is disrespect?..). Wasn't going to post anything but i am very irritated with the service i got from this place. I ordered an xl double cheeseburger pizza, wings and a 2 liter soda. To start it off the delivery driver banged on The door like he was the cops and woke up my sleeping child. The to the food. The pizza was well over cooked burnt and the toppings my god you would have figured i ordered a cheese pizza definitely not worth paying more for. The wings.....
