I'm transgender and the last time I went to a weed store I had a very negative experience where the owner berated me for 10 mins because my gender marker on my ID didn't match what I looked like. It actually turned me off of head shops for a while but I just had the exact opposite experience when I went here! I was asking the salesperson about edibles and mentioned I'm getting chest surgery and not going to be able to smoke afterwards. Not only was she very helpful in explaining the different kinds of edibles and which ones they sold in bulk but afterwards she congratulated me on being able to get top surgery! We spoke with the owner, nice man, who asked us to call at the end of the week and check on the status of a Kind Pen replacement, the original company denied lifetime warranty because we bought it through a shop outside of their company. Kind pen shorted out on us the day after purchase. Be aware before buy.

Hampton store is very nice though, Adam is a wonderful associate. Absolutely too kind.

I use to love this place they were very knowledgeable and had great products! Although yesterday we went in and bought something that we questioned the worker about for at least 20 minutes to make sure the 80$ we were about to spend was going to work and was what we wanted it for....he assured us it was and it was better than than others...what we bought will not even burn what you put in it BUT it will leave burns on your lips/what ever else touches it!!! All sales are final they say and won't give us a refund, I strongly recommend going...
