Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Virginia

I wanted to place a delivery order for my painting crew which were at the job site location I was not at. I gave him some special instructions how to get through the building and where to park and everything else so that my guys did not have to leave the jobsite because the lack of a FOB. He proceeds to tell me why it's impossible to get the order to the door. Begins to argue me about pizza bolis policy. Rude Indian guy barely spoke English but he sure had a lot to say. Told me I could always go somewhere else if I wasn't happy. I canceled my order.

So then I contact corporate office to understand their delivery policy and it turns out that each location is a franchise and each location chooses what they want to do. Pizza Bolis Reston does not deliver to your door if you live in a building. Mike says "do you know how many buildings are in Reston?" When I called papa John's reston they told me they were familiar with the building and not to worry about getting it to the door. I encourage you to call both and compare the day and night difference in customer service when taking your order. Papa John's process felt like the chic-fil-a drive thru experience. EDIT 10/25/2022: Spoke with Manager at this location. They lost power on this day and all Foodsby orders were sent to a different Pizza Boli's restaurant, which has different pricing (entree and sandwich were same price), which caused some of the error.

He was very polite and apologetic, and wanted to make sure he spoke with me when he saw an order come in from me again. I'm hopeful that THIS location will get my order correct. I would like to know which location messed up my order, so that the review can be moved appropriately and can be handled by their corporate as needed for improvement.

ORIGINAL: Ordered via Foodsby app for work. I ordered a chicken parm entree, 20 oz soda, and oreo pie. What was delivered was a chicken parm sub (half the price), a 12oz can, and a pie that looked like it went through the spin cycle of a dryer. Tried calling for 45 minutes, no one answered. Service was good, they even threw in some extra cheese for free (and asked that I leave a review). Pizza was average though. I got jalapeno and sausage pizzas but the crust was really sponge like, as if they used an air machine to spread it rather than tossing it by hand. Great place for party food or late night craving pickup, not so much for fine dining.

Update 9/24/2017: I keep getting advertisements from Pizza Boli's shoved in my door at the complex I live in. Not only is it a bad practice and akin to littering, but there is a sign very obviously stating "Solicitation or distribution of printed materials of any kind on these premises is STRICTLY PROHIBITED" that you have to walk past to get to my door.

Pizza Boli's, either mail your advertisements like everyone else or not at all, seeing your "coupons" blowing around on the ground shows you have no respect for rules or littering. I am dropping a...
