Had a poor experience at On The Border which used to be one of my favorite weekly restaurants. Though happy hour, place was nearly empty. Waitress I've had twice before couldn't answer simple question (let me check with manager). She disappeared for 10+ minutes, finally reappeared and hadn't tried to approach manager yet. This Harris Teeter is a very nice place to get top-notch groceries. I mainly go here for a quick bite to eat--much cheaper than a convenience store, and the service has been good. I have also started buying sodas here for my bending business. They often have sales that rival the prices at discount chains like Walmart and membership clubs like Costco or Sam's. This is right next to RTC and easily accessible to other shopping locations inside RTC. Don't park here during Monday through Friday 8 AM -6 PM and try to go to RTC to shop or have lunch,there is a security car that does rounds constantly and your car might get towed. Park here only if you plan on shopping in spectrum. Many try to avoid RTC garage fee and park here only to have them towed and pay $250 to retrieve the car.
