Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

I would give this place a 0 if it would let me. My wife ordered online and used her points to get a thing of boneless wings to go with the pizza we ordered. App tells us our pizza is ready so she goes over. There is a truck in front of her and the guy is hanging out of the window of Pizza Hut talking to his buddy in the truck. Guy looks at my wife and continues talking never giving the guy in the truck any food. Guy goes to leave and they shake hands almost like they are handing something off. My wife and her mom pull up to the window and the guy was gone. Shut the window and left. After ten mins about five other cars behind them, another gentlemen comes to the window, tells the order then goes to get the food. When he comes back, he only has the pizza and not the wings my wife ordered with her points. The guy then goes to tell her that there were not any wings on the order after he clearly stated there was to begin with. The app took the points away and yet Pizza Hut didn’t give her the wings once again. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. We let it slide before but we won’t again. I made an online order for a pizza (medium pan with four toppings - Extra Sauce and Well Done) and $5.00 bone-in wings that were a special offer.  Yes, a Special at $33.47.  We went from Kentucky back home to Chesterfield, Virginia, and needed to charge the Tesla.  I ordered online as the Pizza Hut was less than a couple of miles from the charging station.  We drove there and went to the drive-thru window, and the lady was Super Nice and accommodating and said your food would be ready in a few minutes,  We waited, and walla, here is our piping hot pizza, wings, and oh wow, bread sticks we did not order, but she said to take them anyway.  Remember, I ordered the pizza with extra sauce, and well done.  Well--when we finally made it home and ready to eat, opened the box, and the pizza was "Barely Done," not even close to "Done," and surely not "Well Done," and there was barely any sauce on it.  What a disappointment for a $33.47 medium pizza (4 toppings, extra sauce, and well done) and six wings.  Again, the older lady at the window was super nice and friendly, making the visit enjoyable and pleasant which is why the rating got three(3) stars instead of one.   Ticket Number 0057, 8/31/2024, 4:02 pm.,...

Very disappointing. I usually don't have any issues but Tuesday was not a pleasant dining experience. The waitress was polite but seemed to have trouble concentrating on the task she needed to do at that time. I ordered a meat lovers melt with NO Italian sausage and my husband ordered an Italian sub, Mine arrived at least 15 minutes before his and mine had Italian sausage on it so I sent it back... which evidently ticked off the "gentleman" in the kitchen...he began loudly berating the waitress because "why does that woman keep changing her order", it was not her fault or mine that he evidently can't read. After listening to him for a few minutes I got up and asked him what the problem was, he ignored me. He got ticked again when I ordered a melt to go for my son. He was very unprofessional!!
