Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

Adding a new update since we can’t leave more than one… you’re drive thru crew is the absolute worst, half of them are rude (pale guy during the day) and some are just dense or deaf or both, overcharged, asked for no ice for the umptenth time and there’s ice, lobby is closed again so you can’t get refills, food poorly packaged with lettuce, cheese and meat sauce yet again everywhere. Just close the dang store until you guys can find people with at least half their brain cells left.

It isn’t letting me post a picture but I was handed my food with no bag, the outside of the box is covered in your taco meat mixture, it’s on my hands and seat and steering wheel cover. My daughter went inside to order her food and has now been waiting over 20 minutes for one order. I went through drive thru and your window girl is rude, short and poorly trained, she handed off my food and walked away I had to sit and wait to ask her if that was everything and if I was good to pull off. Horrible. Do better. Pay better maybe? Then maybe you’ll get semi decent employees rather than this mess. If I could select a -10 for this restaurant that would be perfect and that is the only thing perfect about this restaurant. My husband and I stopped to pick up food while on the road traveling back home from Thanksgiving. I could have made it to another town 45 minutes away and still not gotten our food in the drive thru this place wins hands down the longest time I have ever spent in a Drive-Thru and the only reason I stayed there was because I was blocked in by other angry people how long does it take to make a freaking bean burrito yes slap the beans in the burrito roll it after you sprinkle cheese and Wallah it's done no not them they apparently have to make the burrito make the cheese make the beans Etc don't waste your time if you are traveling and already Road tired it will just make you angrier. Check all your ordered food. Even if you have a big order check all your order one by one. The People cant get an order right to save their lives. I have gone there multiple times and if I order anything over 3 tacos I can almost guarantee the order will be wrong. They roll their eyes at you when you go one by one to check if they have the right things in your bag but dont move from the drive thru window till you check each and every taco. If they dont want us to do that then maybe they will start getting orders right the first time. The pic is of my taco fries. They have not been touched yet. This is how I got them. CHECK YOUR FOOD. Also be prepared to wait. The drive thru will only do one order at a time. Meaning that they will take an order and not take another one till the first one got their food.
