Iāve actually tried to get pizza from this store a few times. The first 2 times I walked in on my way home from work to get pizzas for family dinner, and ironically they were changing out their register drawers both times. There was money laying all around the register. They left a couple of us customers standing there for several minutes waiting while they tried to figure out what they were doing. I felt awkward both times, and ended up walking out, and having Wendyās for dinner. This last time I tried ordering online. The email confirmation was missing one of the pizzas, so I tried calling the store to get the order corrected. The first call went to the call center where a guy told me the store was closed, but he would connect me. Iām not sure why he said it was closed, but I sat on hold for 10 minutes waiting for someone at the store to answer the phone. I thought maybe there was confusion about which store the guy at the call center sent me to so I hung up, and tried the number again. This time a woman at the call center answered and said that the store was open so again transferred me to the store, and again waited another 10 minutes on hold to no avail. I tried one more time with the exact same result. I did go pick up the order, had to wait another 15 minutes for the pizza that didnāt come through on the order to be made, only to find out they ran out of the dough I wanted so they made it thin crust instead. What a nightmare! With the hassle, and the unbelievable cost of the order, I canāt see myself going back again. Little Caesars is just down the road, and I can get everything I ordered for about half the price there! Sorry Pizza Hut, maybe this is why youāre...

For example: missing dipping sauce that was PAID extra for. Once I went back inside store and told the lady, she looked at me in disbelief, as if I was a lair. The look on her face was pure disrespect and she stood still while staring at me before grabbing my sauce. Another example is missing breadsticks after waiting 30 minutes for a simple order, What Iām assuming was the manager told me he was sorry about the wait and said there would be $5 off on my next order. Which I never received on orders placed after this incident. I let it go & yet again the missing items are consistent. Not sure what employees that have working at this establishment & why itās so unprofessional. Other missing items were Pepsi, the wrong pasta, cinnamon sticks dip; The list goes on. Literally. I can admit Pizza Hut has always had great food and giving the Area, thereās not much to choose from. Nevertheless, should anyone half to quit enjoying food that they love because of irresponsible, untrustworthy, and rude staff. Ordered 60 worth of pizza, wings and breadsticks. On 09/12/2025 placed order at 5:15 didn't receive order until 6:40 pm. Both pizzas had thin crust and I ordered hand tossed. The pizza was old, tough and overdone. The wings barely had any sauce. I called to see where the order was after an hour and no one answered the phone. I then received a text that the pizza was being delivered by door dash, and had been picked up and was on the way at 5:55, but it didn't arrive until 6:40. I tried to call again to let them know about the incorrect order but no answer. When I called one more time was told I had reached a call center and they would get a message to the store manager to call me. I never received a call. Total waste of time and money. Never again...
Update called and spoke with shift leader Josh, he was very nice and apologized. Assured me that all I had to do was call and he would make sure our order was remade at no charge. He said any day was fine. Have tried calling multiple times and no one answers. Or if someone picks up it sounds like the phone is just put on the counter. No one says anything. I did reach a call center several times and they just say I'll transfer you.. back to the store that won't pick...
