Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

Food is always thrown together sloppily, the bag is gross on the outside like they never change their gloves, lobby was nasty and not stocked, and to top it off the store manager was a rude, self centered,know it all. Honestly I've never met a man so into himself. The works all looked over worked and miserable, not their fault, clearly they don't know how to make a schedule right either because it's so hot or miss here if they'll have people or not when I come thru, you can tell when they're short people for sure. I wish this places was better so bad. Love taco bell, but this one has not been good since they replaced the old store manager honestly, he was so nice and would actually get on the line and help when they were short people to make up for the different, the new guy just seems to sit and watch. 🙄The worst kind of person to have a job as a GM in fast food. From my own work experience of 20+ years in food service,that never works and it just drags down the employees till they're spent and find a new job, which explains why they never seem to have enough people working. My office has recently moved to a new building and now when I order from you, I have to order through a delivery service because you’re too far away. For some reason, it seemed to always take twice as long as it should to get my order and I found out today via my DoorDash driver and your employee whenever I called that you don’t consider people getting their order via a delivery service as a customer that deserves to be able to get their order in a timely manner. You will literally skip their order in order to service everyone else who comes in. Why would such a policy exist? Is my money not Justice valuable is anyone else. I don’t understand why even once the person gets there to pick it up you would continue to not make that order. It’s a policy that needs to change because more and more people are having to go to delivery services and they’re going to skip Places to have this policy in favor of businesses who understand that delivery is often times 20% or more of their overall business, and they hold a valuable place in the longevity and profitability of the...

I stopped going to Taco Bell in Pulaski because of poor conditions, employees not washing hands and handling food. I gave this place a chance. Everything was going great until I had not one, not two but six hairy tacos!!! Long brow hair in six tacos. I ordered the pack of tacos. One by one my kids bit into their tacos, slowly pulling the taco and bean burrito away to reveal hair stretching from their mouth to the taco. I maybe could understand one hair in a taco. That’s a little forgivable. However six tacos with hair is beyond forgiveness. Still wondering if it was intentional. I don’t recommend this establishment or Pulaski KFC/ Taco Bell where I got food poisoning while I was pregnant.
