On April 8, 2025, I ordered a tuna sub on multi grain bread. Bread was stale and had hardened on one end. I ordered chips and drink. There was no unsweetened ice tea. I inquired why and was told no one gets it and it just goes to waste. Some people need unsweet tea for a reason and it should be available to customers. I recently had a disappointing experience at a subway sandwich shop. The new employee dropped food items on the ground while preparing my order. Bread was nice and fresh but portions leave a lot to be desired.
