The product of the food that I ordered was over cooked. I asked why does it look like this when I never received the cheese sticks like this before. I asked if I can have another one recooked. The 2nd one that came out did look a little better. Here is where it took a turn for the worst. The server as she was giving the 2nd one to me she shoved it in my hand. I said was that all necessary? She looked at me and said I didn't mean to do it and shrugged her shoulders. Her co-worker came from the back and he asked what happen. I explained to him what she had done and he said "she didn't do that. I asked how would you know you was in the back. I asked for a manager and she said that she was the manager. I asked her for her name and the co-worker name and they refused to provide their names and told me that I have to leave. I did see on the wall that the GM name which is Brielle Wampole. I told them I give reviews on this store every time I visit and this has been the worst experience I have ever encountered at any Pizza Hut. This experience might hinder my relationship with Pizza Hut. I will let my family, co-workers, and friends know about the customer service I experienced at Pizza Hut on 05/25/2023. Read moreI ordered delivery today and the app allowed me to order but I was contacted about 20 minutes after my order to let me know that delivery was unavailable. I totally understand staffing shortages but I have tried to order in the past when delivery was unavailable and the app let me know ahead of time that delivery was unavailable. Today I was able to order on the app but then was contacted that delivery was unavailable and the manager I spoke to was quite rude and disrespectful. Read moreI placed an order in the store, was told it would be 15 minutes, I left and came back in 20 minutes, was then told it would be another 30 minutes. When I questioned why I was told it was going to be 15, I was basically called a liar and told by the guy at the counter that he never said 15 minutes, he then even denied being the one that took our order.
