Rosie's Kitchen — Restaurant in Virginia

Being new to the Richmond, VA area, I decided to ask my barber for a recommendation for some good soul food in the area. Well, oh...my... goodness.. He recommended Rosie's. Let me tell you, Rosie is the sweetest lady ever, and her food was even better.
