When we arrived and met up with friends a very kindly waitress found us a table. It took a long time for us to get a food order in and it took a long time for our order to be delivered to the table. They're only appeared to be one waitress but the place was not busy when we got there. While we were eating the place filled up fast with people. The one waitress was extremely busy but she did stop by our table several times to make sure we didn't need anything. Every time she came to the table one of the people in the party ask for their check cuz they had to leave immediately. She kept saying she would bring the checks but it took her a while. Again the one person said they needed to leave immediately and had their card already out. She said she would come back and take the payment. Again she was told that people needed to leave immediately. She went to take care of her other customers. After an additional wait of 15 to 20 minutes The bill was paid in cash so that they could leave. The waitress was working hard but she seen more interested in taking care of the new business than...

I have been to this location about 6 times. The food is always great! However, we have been seated inside about 3 of those times and it’s like the waiters and waitresses forget that we exist. The first time we waited an hour just to get any help at all. The second time it took 30 minutes to get a drink, after an hour we got our appetizer. We finished our entire plate of nachos and another hour passed. Our waiter finally showed up and asked if we wanted our check and we told him we hadn’t even ordered our food yet. A manager finally came out and helped us and he was very helpful. The 3rd time we sat inside we were there for 30 minutes and no one helped us at all, they did tell us to have a nice day when we left though. Long time server and food business owner here. The menu looked good but we never got to try anything. We were completely disgusted with the service and left before the beer hit the table. Took no less than 10 minutes to greet us and get our drink orders and after another 15 or so minutes we asked another server where our server was (all the servers were ignoring us like we didn't exist.) The server we asked for help rolled her eyes at us and stomped away from our table made an excuse and didn't help us at all. After another five minutes we decided to leave and passed our server with the beer. She was also rude and very falsely pleasant in a sarcastic way and on the way out we passed the server who rolled her eyes and didn't help us at all on her cell phone at the host station.
