Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

I met here with some friends and family on 12/21/24 to exchange some Christmas gifts and catch up for a bit over lunch. The food was normal and what you would expect from a taco bell. One of us ordered their food through the app so they could use a reward available through mobile order, but their food took so long to come out that we had all finished eating before they even recieved their order. The fountain drinks were all out of stock except for diet Pepsi, baja blast, and sweet tea. The worst part was the entire restaurant was out of taco bell sauce. All of it, mild, hot, anything. I thought this was very strange especially after being limited to only a couple drinks. Other taco bells in the area all have some sort of Christmas decorations around the restaurant, but this one had nothing. So the holiday spirit was lost once you walked through the door. At 1:08pm The lady with the Forearm tattoo working the drive-through said when asked for water. “I don’t do cups of water”. She was extremely rude and insisted it was bottled water only. This is the first time that has ever happened to me at a Taco Bell. I will never come back here. She should be reprimanded for not following franchise rules and being extremely unpleasant. No beef at a taco bell... kinds ruined what I wanted... then took 20 mins to get my order wrong. Plus they constantly close early. Def the worst taco bell in the metro Richmond area....

I ordered the chicken quesadilla Meal which was listed as a special item this month it was honestly the worst quesadilla I've ever had in my life After Twenty Years of going to Tacobell and mexican restaurants and everything else it was horrible I almost choked on it.
