Subway is good if you go to the store and order your sub. That way you always get what you want and your sub is perfect. The subs are very delicious, also! However, I ordered subs online for pickup once and that was a big mistake! The subs weren't made according to my instructions! Had Mayo on one sub, didn't ask for extra. When I opened the sub it was oozing mayo all over the place! It was gross! The other subs were missing ingredients! Totally unacceptable! Will never order Subway subs online again! This is the worst customer service my son and I received from the old man who works there. The service was so bad from the moment we arrived at the counter that after a couple of minutes I told my son that we should leave because we don't have to receive bad treatment from anyone.
