Called & ordered 24 wings and a wrap. Was told 20-25 minutes to pickup. I arrived & was told my order was not ready. I informed the kid that I would be back since I was picking up pizza from next store. When I came back, the kid said he couldn't find the order. He went back to kitchen area & another worker said "I cooked that already" with an attitude and loud enough for me to hear. Then I was told it would be another 15 minutes. The waitress asked me if I was helped & I explained. She offered me a free beer while I waited ( I declined) and another older gent asked me what happened. I explained again. He started to make excuses but then went to the kitchen. After over an hour waiting I finally got my food. He apologized for the mixup saying 'someone must have taken my order" and he would have to "check the cameras" as if I cared. No offer to take some money off for their screwup, no 'hey I put on fries or extra wongs' NOTHING!!! Terrible customer service The food was good but I will not be back if this is how they treat patrons.
So the owner responded: My thoughts are the cashier should have known my order was there! I guess I should have just taken bags like you said the woman did. Maybe counter person should be better! Sorry it happened to me You say. Well your staff was the reason it happened. Your animated cook, I appreciate animated people. The world needs more of them. However, when at work, especially when dealing with the public you need to be more aware. What really gets my goat is this your waitress was wonderful! She offered me a beer & got you aware of this situation. Otherwise I might still be there waiting. But only after I complain do you offer something. I do not want anything for free! I realize you have a business BUT had you said hey I'll take 10% off for your troubles or I gave you fries too, anything this review would have gone differently. No thank you to your offer. Read moreSo I’m going to start off with i am still going to go to Stafford wings. Yes i gave 5 stars but going to complain. Went with my family of 5 tonight. Walked in sat down within 1 minute the waitress came over to get our drinks and handed us menus. That was great. Placed our drink order. She then walked to two other tables who done had there orders placed walked around a little more then brought us our drinks no biggie mind you there was like 4 tables took at the moment. Also she brought our 5 and 3 year old their sodas in regular cups. No problem but did ask her to bring me to styrofoam cups those also took a few minutes to get. Once we got our food she set our food down on the table and literally did not check on us once until we were finished. It was about 20-25 minutes didn’t even attempt to look in our direction but made sure everyone else had what they needed. Once she did come back she asked if we needed anything i asked for a coke to go speedy Gonzalez must be her cousin because before i could think of anything else she was gone. Came back pretty quick. Then asked of we needed anything else. We asked for the receipt and a box. Brought that to us. Once we paid she was on us like white on rice set down a tray of food to collect the payment. Walked outside and my wife and i looked at each other and said she was pretty fast with that. I get it she was the only one working (seen this a lot only one server) but if you know stafford wing’s its pretty small in there. Not hard to check on a table from across the restaurant. Also couple weeks ago our a server took our order and the system messed up i guess and we waited like 45 minutes for our food she gave us our drinks for free. But thats neither here nor there. Read moreNormally I would say Stafford Wings is THE place to order wings. But yesterday was a huge disappointment. I ordered online for a LATER pick up. I placed the order around 345 for a 7pm pick up time. I called around 6 pm to let them know we would be early and to see if they could go ahead and have it ready. The young man who answered said the food had been ready since 4pm and sitting in the window so I could come get it. I explained it wasn’t supposed to be ready at 4. He said he did see that on the order. I told him I did not want an order that was 2 hours old sitting under a heat lamp. He told me to hold on, bur did not mute the phone. I could hear him explaining to people. He asked one young lady if she wanted to talk to me and she said “nope” another gentleman was yelling in a thick accent. Finally a manager gets on the phone and says they will remake it. When my husband picked it up the food was steaming hot, however once we started eating it was obvious it had been reheated.
