I will rather drive an hour away to get my hair/beauty supplies henceforth. Owner of the store has zero customer service quality/attitude. No one was found in the store upon entering, so cluttered and stuffy to begin with. Only for her to pop out of nowhere just to peep and go back in. No "hi" or anything. All she did was talk to me rudely as if she already knew me and had a fight with me before. The whole time in there felt like I was wasting her time, and she was on the phone from start to finish with loud group prayers. Aisles are too narrow, yet, she came to stand beside me and said nothing, only for her to rudely ask me to move so she can pass. And oh, the overcrowded hair packets fell, then she yanked them from my hand to hang them back. And the impatience and sucking her teeth when I wanted to choose a different hair color? Like, woman, do you know why you opened the shop? If you want to be on the phone and pray 24/7, stay home or sleep in the church. If you don't have the right attitude, or can't even pretend to be nice to your customers (the people who put food on your table), don't open the shop, or better still, hire the right people to work for you. I wonder where Ghanaian sellers and shop owners feel they're rather doing their customers a favor, like where did we get that mentality from? Lastly, don't go by their store hours on their website. I won't go back for anything in that store and wouldn't advise anyone to. The store itself is small and limited. Customer service🤦🏾. I came here originally for braiding hair. I saw they have braiders and my next set of braids I booked with them. Zero time management. I walked in and they were all busy. I was told to have a seat and that the other person's hair would be quick. I was seen over an hour and a half past my appointment time. I stated I was going to leave and apparently that frees up time. I came with my own hair but I guess I bought the wrong length (the brand I got only had one, I should've verified). When the owner walked in she immediately was irritated saying I asked for a different length than I had them do. Mind you, they were halfway done and never showed me length, I'm thinking all is ok. They had an attitude the rest of the way, which makes no sense. I paid for the length I got and that should have been enough, ESPECIALLY considering their disregard to my appointment time. Fast forward I needed braid hair to do my braids and cannot find the brand I need. I called a fredericksburg braid shop, they didn't answer and this business immediately called me. I explained, they stated they have it but I have to come to Stafford. Google states Stafford is closed, Fredericksburg is open. I followed up via text to confirm and they never responded!
