First time visiting this place, and truly enjoyed it. The staff and people were very friendly and welcoming, the customer service was great. We ordered and were taken care of quickly and they had all of our orders out together for our group, which I thought was nice that everyone got their food at the same time considering we all ordered and checked out separately. For the food, I loved it. The portions were plenty. Got the teriyaki chicken with fried rice and it came with a small side salad too. The quality of the food, the flavor were all great to me. The food was cooked fresh and the chicken that was grilled was definitely left to rest properly before they cut it up, as it was tender and juicy. As for the prices, the prices are more than fair. I saw one or two people complain about that in their reviews, and I think they’re foolish for that. The costs for the food industry has gone through the roof at this point and it is something everyone is dealing with. To expect a restaurant to keep pre inflation pricing and take a loss is just silly. I paid about the same or less here than I do at chipotle, Chick-fil-A, and cava. You’ll get your moneys worth and I’ll definitely be back.

Very good. Just arrived here and asked for a food recommendation. My buddy listed this one first. We quite enjoyed it. Decently priced. Well portioned. I had the beef teriyaki with fried rice. I liked it. The store has some unique insight and history for their business inside. Definitely recommend taking 5 to 10 minutes to look around the inside of the store. Food was made to order and was done very quickly and efficiently. No shortcuts were taken.

I have always enjoyed eating here. I wish there was a little more food for the price but I can’t help it. I Luv Teriyaki. Update: I’m not kidding when I say I will drive all the way from out of town to eat at this place. Something about their teriyaki sauce gets me. I will always support them when I can.

I Luv Teriyaki - 610 Location

⭐ 1 out of 5

I recently visited the I Luv Teriyaki off 610, and I’m beyond disappointed. I ordered a chicken and beef combo yakisoba with a Snapple, expecting the same experience I usually get from the US1 location near Quantico. To my shock, they wanted to charge me $22 for the combo, claiming it was for “extra meat” even though I asked for half and half. I decided to settle for a chicken yakisoba and a Snapple, and that still cost $18!

When I got the food, I was stunned – the portion was half of what I get from the US1 location, and the ingredients didn’t seem nearly as fresh. When I pointed this out to the staff, they didn’t seem to care at all and just told me to go to the other location! 🙄🤦‍♂️

For more money and less food, this place is a rip-off. If you want good food, better portions, and reasonable prices, go to the US1 location instead. This 610 location clearly doesn’t care about customer feedback or providing value. Not...

We are pretty frequent customers here. The food is not great but it is pretty good, even though it’s slightly overpriced for the portions you get (in my opinion). The guy we always interact with (whom I believe owns the place) has been hit or miss with his customer service/general attitude. And that’s fine I guess, I’m not coming here to make friends. However tonight we placed another order for pickup and did not receive the extra noodles that we paid for. When we called, he was very short and insisted it was in the bag but if we want to purchase extra we were welcome to… Umm, what? Sir- I DID purchase extra and I assure you they were not in the order. I know because it’s something I order all the time. But he chose to keep his stance and that’s why I’m writing this review. Why would I try to hustle you for $3 worth of noodles?? All good though, it’s about time I perfected my own at home. However we will not...
