we waited 35 minutes in the drive through to pick up a mobile order. when we got to the speaker we asked if they could ensure our drinks were still hot since it's been so long and they said yes it is. we got to the window and the drinks felt very light and definitely cold. i opened them up as we were driving out of the line and they were so empty!! my boyfriend went back inside to ask them to remake it and the lady said "well maybe you should've come in the store then." he was in shock he said "excuse me??" and she said "yes the drive through gets backed up you should've just come inside." he was speechless and just asked them again to please remake it and they did while whispering to each other and throwing looks at him. there were 3 other customers in there also waiting from the drive through with orders that were wrong as well. after another 15 minutes waiting inside he finally got our drinks and when we got in the car i opened them and they are exactly the same as the first two... very low with lots of foam and whipped cream that accounts for 2-3 inches of the cup. at this point we were livid. we tossed them and just left it's not even worth it anymore. we will most certainly not be coming back. the first two pictures are the first time around and the third picture...
Read moreEmployees are extremely rude at this location. Save yourself and go to the other South Riding location. I went to pick up my inside mobile order...doors were locked stating drive-thru only. Looking over at the long line of cars realizing I will be late for work....I knocked on the door. The associate managing the door didn't even let me get a word out before raising her hand to my face and rudely asking if I had a mobile order. I stated yes and please don't put your hand in my face. She immediately said don't be so close to me .....ummm how else am I suppose to tell you about my order? She acted as if I was barging in past her. Should I have stood 30 feet away from the door and yelled to her? She then threatened to refund my order. I told her I just need to get to work. When she handed me my drink she called me by name and said she will let her manager know....for what I have no idea. All the people standing outside were in shock of how she was speaking to me. I understand every place is understaffed but don't treat your paying customers as if they are being bothersome. Extremly disappointed in how this location is managed. If the inside is closed they should just shut off mobile order all together....
Read moreThis Used to be my favorite Starbucks until a newly hired cashier was brought on board. Middle age gentleman name tag is barely visible but his name perhaps starts with Ochik- either way he is extremely unprofessional and rude. He informed me to purchase drinks with stars is now 200- okay fine. But then when I ordered my drink he informs me that they did not have blonde espresso. I asked what the alternative was and he replied he did not know (meanwhile the barista is all there). I said asked- How could you take the full 200 stars when you don't have blonde espresso coffee? He replied not his fault the policy is 200 stars. I said that's bad customer service, I hope you recognize this. You should offer to only charge me maybe 150 stars (since you don't have the coffee for my drink) and if that couldn't be done, then offer me a pastry or something. His behavior is added insult to the fact that instead of Oatly oat milk being used, some Dream oat milk is now being used. Thankfully he does not reflect the rest of the other pleasant team members I was used to seeing Before he came on board. Enclosing- be aware...
