Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia

I was craving coffee because I had a tooth extracted and haven’t had coffee for a few days. Hit this Starbucks up after shopping for a while. When I walked up, one employee was on her phone and the other was chatting with someone at a table. I stood there for a good minute before we were acknowledged. I ordered my usual drink (decaf). When I got my drink, it looked different, so I asked her if it was made with heavy cream. She nodded no and and stared at me, so I stared back. Went this morning for coffee. Cashier was rude. I gave her a pass since it looked as if she was the only one working while training a new person. She tossed my muffin bag at me and gave me my coffees. I get down the road and realize, both of my coffees are wrong. Ordered one Venti Black coffee w/shot of espresso + Grande blonde roast w/ cream. The Target is great. The Starbucks is not. Last time I was here I paid for two drinks and the lady totally forgot the second drink. I thought it was random. Order same two drinks today. The second was a strawberry frappe for my kid. Same lady made a caramel frappe. Then to cover up the mess up she pours strawberry stuff on top. Totally yuck.
