Literally the worst starbucks in the area, for multiple reasons. The first one is not their fault, but the parking lot is probably the worst design I've ever seen, extremely difficult to get through when it doesn't need to be. I have gone to this Starbucks multiple times since they opened in the new location and every visit has been worse than the last. I get it, your drive-thru is busy, but having a person dedicated to in-store and mobile orders is not rocket science. I ALWAYS place mobile orders to make things easier, it's super rare that my order is done within 15 minutes of placing it, then when I go to pick it up, good luck being acknowledged unless you go through the drive-thru. Today's visit was the last straw for me. My husband and I both placed orders. I got there and had to wait an additional 5+ minutes on top of what the app said I had to wait, no big deal, at least my drink will be hot. When my drink finally came out, the barista called my name and placed the drink way out of my reach, did not acknowledge the fact that maybe I might have been there for that drink, Finally I got someone's attention and was able to get mine. A few minutes later, the same barista put my husband's drink in the same spot far away and still continued to ignore me. No I'm not here for funsies, I would like the beverage please. Read more1 star is very kind for this location. Yesterday, they were closed. There were no signs in the window to explain. Because people are so used to waiting for service, a line had grown at the drive thru. The staff here are nice but they don't know how to produce in a reasonable time. I have to schedule 30+ minutes of waiting to make sure I won't be late for work if I go here. If I go to Dunkin or a Starbucks 5 minutes away, I get my coffee faster than going here. The director of this area should be canned. You have a super busy starbucks here and can't get it operating in a satisfactory way. EVERY TIME I place a mobile order, they make snarky comments about how I didn’t select “drive thru” as the way to pick up my order… even when I select it, they give me attitude. Today my order came in as “pick up in store” and when I came through the drive thru, I let them I accidentally forgot to select pick up in “drive thru” and still got some major attitude about it when I got to the window. Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired at this location. And they never provide napkins with food items.
