Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

One star, and that's giving more than they deserve. The food product, well we know what it is, it's Subway. What's so alarming is the staff. They're incredibly unprofessional & always seem to have a bad attitude. They'll speak another language, right in front of the customer, when they feel know one understands them, which is rude. Just say what you feel, why be disrespectful to those supporting this business. Their practices is unclean, they'll put on gloves, and with those same gloves their about to make the sandwich with, they brush off their clothing, open oven & refrigerator door, wipe food off the counter......... yet seem to have no clue this is against the food & drug regulations....... put on the gloves, once you've done the aforementioned & have washed your hands. I visit this area quite frequently, and do my best to patronize this establishment during the OVERNIGHT shift only, on the weekdays. As there's only ONE staff that has got the Excellent Customer Service, down-pat. He has a positive attitude, shows class & it shows that he's interested in not just a sale, but for the customers to enjoy their meal as well.

Had a meeting at Dulles Airport today and needed a quick bite, so I stopped by the Subway located inside the Sunoco gas station. The service was quick and efficient—perfect for someone on the go. The prices were consistent with other Subway locations, and everything was fresh and made just the way I ordered it.

One of the nice bonuses is that it’s attached to a 7-Eleven, so if I’d wanted to grab a snack, drink, or anything extra, I had plenty of options. Their drink selection was endless.
