I've consistently had bad experiences with the service here, but I decided to give it another try since I needed a drink. Unfortunately, it was disappointing once again. I believe I was served by the same Ethiopian lady as before, and the situation repeated itself.
After I placed my order, she kept staring at the tipping screen, making me feel extremely uncomfortableāalmost as if I was expected or obligated to tip. I did tip her during my previous visit, but this time I didnāt, and she reacted by snatching the receipt from the machine. I was honestly shocked by that behavior.

We typically tip well, but with her rude demeanor and unfriendliness we didnāt tip although we did tell her to keep the change which was around 4 cents.I heard her complaining to the other younger employee about it while my boyfriend and I sat there and then she continued to talk about us.
