Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

First of all I was not greeted at all when I came in The girl behind the counter I think her name was Adriana or Ariana was quite snooty was in the middle of doing something and made me wait until she finished. if she had greeted me and told me that she would be with me in just a moment while she finished up whatever she was doing I would have been fine with that but she didn't make conversation she didn't make eye contact there was another person in the back not doing anything and the manager came up looked at me and didn't even acknowledge that I had been standing there waiting for my order to be taken. The atmosphere was drab and overall I was not impressed with a staff. The sandwich was great and the cookies were good as always but I think the staff needs a little more training in...

What can I say about Subway? As it is everything is fresh and clean, they're keeping social distancing rules, and they seem to talk to their customers like they actually care about their food and the way it's served, I did have an incident where I had to ask the woman to please put a little more onion on, and I had to ask her three times in a row because she only sprinkled a little piece three times in a row LOL! She acted like it was coming out of her own pocket! But other than that, since I have coupons through the mail from Subway, we eat there Friday Saturday and Sunday, without the coupon we always go at...

JUST NOW...Ordered BMT foot long with veggies and left half the meat off half of sub 6.75, Turkey footlong with veggies 6.75. 13.50 should have been my total, but it was ....see pic. I questioned why I got charged an extra 1.25 when I left meats off...reply "we have to do that, u got a pizza sub!" Note....I didn't order a pizza sub and I left meat (an extra charge) off the sub.
