Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

We recently stopped to get lunch for 4 people. The two women working there did not speak good English. It was very frustrating trying to order. We also noticed they have a big silver cover over the meats/cheeses area and it prevents you from seeing what they are putting on your sandwich. Upon checkout, I asked the younger one to put initials (one letter) on our sandwiches, she had no idea what I meant. When I asked for a “B” on one sandwich, the older lady snapped at me to not confuse her. I ordered tuna salad on my 6” and I would guess that there was probably 2 tablespoons worth, it was very skimpy. The others with meat were also very skimpy. We will never go back to...

The personnel manning this Subway are unfailingly polite, and generally friendly. They are very strictly in line with present Subway sandwich policies, so it's not usually an option to request sandwiches that are no longer on the menu.

The drinks machine has never been unclean in the slightest, whenever I've been in there. If that is one of your niggles, you'll be relieved to be here.

This is the best Subway location I’ve ever been to. Also, they are the most consistent. The staff are always friendly, the bread is always fresh and the cookies are perfectly cooked.
