Four Seasons Pizzeria — Restaurant in Virginia

I use to order from this place all of the time until I actually visited the restaurant once. Let's just say that'll be the LAST time that I order anything from this place. Where do I start with this review? First off let me start off by saying that I don't typically post negative reviews. About 97% of my reviews that I post are extremely positive depending on the experience. This place gets a 1 star from me for a few different reasons. The inside of this restaurant is dirty! I was sitting in a chair at a table with my back against the wall, I suddenly thought about a roach crawling down my back into my hoodie that I was wearing. Then I'd take that unwanted visitor back to my home and have another issue. That was one issue. The second issue were the prices! The price that you saw on the menu was not what it was ringing up as. Here's an example. I placed my order at 315 pm, I ordered a lunch special for $6.99, he tells me my total is $10.32. Unless my math is off, that's a hell of a lot of tax being added on. This wasn't just for one item, it was being done to all of the lunch specials. So if your not watching and end up ordering multiple items, the owner could easily cheat you out of the cost of another meal or two. Lastly, when I mentioned it to the owner, he told me the girl who waited on me was new and it was my responsibility to tell her about the lunch special. Yeeeeaaaaahhhhhh! Needless to say, the young lady who waited on me told him right then and there that she "couldn't do this, I will not be back tomorrow or ever. You're way to much for me." Where I should've been shocked, I wasn't! Needless to say, this place has a 0% chance of ever getting me to eat there again. If you don't believe me, visit this spot and you'll instantly...

This place has gone thru several owners. Somehow the food has stayed the same. Thats not the issue tho. With the current owner, each time he tries to hassle you for the smallest thing.

For my most recent order, he said he forgot to put the lettuce and tomato on it. But he had them on the side for me. I said ok np. There was no peppers or mushrooms on it. I went back in and he tried to argue with me that I ordered a cheesesteak and not a philly cheesesteak. Regardless I showed him my email recepit. He presumably put the things on it it was missing. I got back to my vehicle and looked. He put mushrooms and no peppers. I produced the actual printed recepit he gave me. He finally apologized and put the peppers on it. I am not sure why he finally admitted to being wrong with the printed recepit vs the emailed one. They were both identical. It doesnt matter which sandwhich it was. I never order any different from here. It is always ALWAYS the same sandwhich, same order. Always. I just reorder the previous order each time.

I can only assume he did this on purpose. Why say he forgot the lettuce and tomato and have them on the side? He also 'forgot' the peppers and mushrooms.

For spending $20 the food is pretty good. But it is not worth the aggravation from the quirky owner. Other reviews have had similar complaints. I will find somewhere else to buy a philly cheesesteak when I am occasionally in the mood for one. He no longer deserves my business. $20 is not worth having to worry about did he cook the green peppers and will I get sick from it. He can hassle...

The pizza was amazing. However, they are lying scam artists. I called Wednesday to order their coupon for 2 medium 1 topping pizzas for $12.99. Well, after mentioning the coupon and agreeing to the order, they changed the price to $14.99 and refused to honor the coupon. For some reason, I wanted to give them another shot. The website advertises $19.99 for 2 medium 1 topping pizzas and 12 hot wings. While I was driving, my Mom called and specifically asked about the coupon and the price, to which they agreed. Well, I arrive, and its $21.99 plus taxes. The owner comes out, and he is rude and nasty, almost right away starts yelling at me! He says, "It would normally be $27, so you're saving money! What's the problem?" I tell him the problem is him lying by posting one thing on the website, agreeing to the coupon, and scamming!!! He whines, "if 100 people come in here in a day, do you know how much money I would lose?" THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM. Don't lie and scam then get mad at...
