The customer service here is disgustingly atrocious. I went to grab some lunch here, but forgot my wallet in the car. So I decided to just order over the Subway app because I didn't feel like walking all the way back to go get it. Apparently one of the employees (glasses with dreadlocks) wasn't too happy about this. He was incredibly inpatient, and kept shaking his head the whole time. He kept trying to force me to just have the sandwich made over the counter, even though I couldn't pay for it because I didn't have my wallet. I wanted to use the app and pick out all the ingredients and then pay for it instead before anything else. Am I not allowed to do that??
I don't know if these guys just hate their job or what, but I'd suggest they go find somewhere else to work if being patient and friendly with customers is too much trouble. That is literally half the job. This is exactly why I prefer to use the app over having to talk with service...

Read moreNeeded to cancel a pickup order made on the Subway app today (which needs to be done over the phone). I called twice - the first time went unanswered for about two minutes until someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me, and the lady who picked up the phone the second time I called assumed I had made the order through DoorDash and kept insisting so and rudely telling me to cancel through DoorDash after I tried to correct her, before hanging up on me.
