Taco Bell was a dying brand. The company was rejuvenated when they came out with low cost .39 cent tacos providing the best value of any fast food restaurant. Today a soft chicken taco when you “substitute to chicken” costs $3-seriously? Why not simply go to a nice restaurant for that price? For years TB’s value was once incredible. No more. A $5 cheese quesadilla— cold cheese between two cold tortillas. Why is this $5? Terrible value. More than doubling the cost of chalupas -from $2 to $5 (with tax) is a rip off. So I paid $22.42 for significantly lower quality food that I get in just about any Tex-Mex restaurant. I can easily get two good plates w/ complimentary chips & salsa for what I’m not paying at Taco Bell. I’m shocked at how poor of a value Taco Bell has become. TB killed high value items eg $1 spicy tostadas. I think favoring greed over value is a fatal flaw.

I've only been through the drive-thru; never been inside the restaurant at this location. The drive-thru line can vary from a few minutes to upwards of 20 minutes, but the food has been tasty every time I've ordered and still hot when I've reached my destination. The staff is friendly over the intercom and at the window. The location of this Taco Bell is right near the Wiehle-Reston East metro station at the intersection of Wiehle Ave. and Sunset Hills Rd.

If you want your tacos to contain as little meat as is possible, this is your place. See photo. I bought 3 taco supreme, all three were filled with lettuce and almost no meat. And I said thank you when I received the order, and I get no acknowledgement, not a word, just walks away like he's doing me a favor. This seems to be the norm everyplace these days and it stinks

Had such an infuriating experience here. No matter the Taco Bell location, I always pay extra to get EXTRA steak on my nachos. At this particular Taco Bell did I have to practically BEG the employees and even the manager that this isn’t an acceptable amount of steak that was given to me. The manager with no intent of actually helping me was like “this is the double steak portion, you just can’t see it because it’s under the rest of the ingredients.” What!? If I can’t see it then how can you? There was barely any steak visible and a few pieces jumbled underneath. I stood there and watched the employee make my nachos from scratch and just put the regular amount even though I requested double. I was so furious and wasn’t given any compensation or actual help. I then had to pay for a THIRD serving of steak in a little bowl, to finally get an acceptable amount. The cashier who took my order was rude and when I asked an employee regarding my order she said “wait” and in Spanish said, “deal with her” to the actual manager. And to top it all off they forgot other ingredients that I paid extra for. The first thing they said was “well is it even on the receipt?” They try to blame the customer for their mistakes and poor operations. 2 minutes before me, another guy came in and told them they left out an entire entree from his order! Never...

Good food but that is the end of this places redeeming qualities. late night drive through guy is completely depressed, incredibly slow service considering I am often the only one in line and sometimes on the rare occasion that more than 3 cars show up at somewhat the same time, you will be waiting for a incredibly long time. But my reason for making this review is from my most recent experience. The hours posted say it closes at 1:30am, I get to the restaurant at 12:30am so I assume I will easily have enough time to get my food. unfortunately there were maybe 7 cars in front of me when I arrived, this was not a good sign. After 30 minutes of waiting I get closer to the front and at 1am they declare they are closed and I can’t make my order, additionally there were many cars behind me and I was stuck behind the last remaining people to put orders in which took a solid 25 minutes for the two remaining customers to get their orders. That means I waited in that line for a full hour for them to serve 7 cars and for me to walk away with zero(0) food. I go here regularly and have been dozens of times but after this I won’t...
