Best US hotel experience and a welcome edition to the Marriott family; Anik and Zen (apologies if I read the nametag wrong!) were welcoming the minute I went to check in and were thorough with providing any information needed, including things to do in the area and public transportation. Rooms were very nice and clean! Only urgonomic critique I'd have would be for a 2 queen room, only one central nightstand isn't convenient for any additional guests in the room sleeping on the end rather than the center with limited outlet availability. Just one week after opening, JW Marriott Reston Station already delivers a truly 5-star experience in the DMV area. Special thanks to Tien at the front desk, who was exceptionally professional and welcoming from the very start. Highlights: 24-hour room service, efficient laundry service, modern and elegant room design, and enjoyable dining/bar options. The only drawback: no pool or spa yet. The hotel is beautifully designed, everything is brand new, clean, and thoughtfully put together. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the modern touches you could want.
