Crunchy tacos had almost no beef, very little cheese,(cheese food, not real cheese !), but lots of the cheapest ingredient, lettuce. On my last visit, Wed. 3-29-2023 approx.2 pm, the wait at the drive thru was REALLY long ( No other cars in the drive-thru at that time ). and the wait at the window was just the same.When I told the Mgr., she got VERY VERY angry and rude and instead of an apology, just snarled at me and said the employee assisting me is autistic, then proceeded to preach to me about their inclusive equal opportunity employment policy. When I suggested that he should have had help, she barked at me again and said he did have help. !!??!! REALLY ?? I have absolutely no problem with giving handicapped and other mentally or physically challenged people employment opportunities, but each such individual should be placed in a position commensurate with their abilities and they should also be constantly monitored in case they should need assistance in doing the job they were hired to do.We customers who pay that employee's salary deserve to get the quality of products and service that Taco Bell should be trying to deliver to...
Read moreStopped by here yesterday afternoon to check out the returned nacho fries. What can I say -- nacho fries taste good. I also got the "taco fries" which appear to be the ingredients for tacos in a plastic bowl with nacho fries mixed in. The packaging for those was hard to get open, but that's okay. Also I ended up with extra cheese from my nacho fries so I poured that stuff over the others. Gotta say, not sure I'd do that again (the fries were a bit unwieldy to eat with a fork, sometimes being a little awkwardly long) but I definitely want more nacho fries. Life is short; eat as much fake cheese and cheap savory-spiced fries as you can.
The restaurant itself was okay. Very clean, from what I can see, although relatively few staff. Probably no reason why they'd have needed more at that hour, since when I got there I think there was only one other guest.
