Wawa — Restaurant in Virginia

The ordering kiosk was down. The deli attendant Jennifer took the order of the customer in front of me manually, but made me wait after she reboot the system all the while she was doing other things as I stood there. I waited 10+ minutes, the kiosk never booted up. Another customer walked in and wanted to order. The other employee Clayton came in and offered to take her order instead of me, who was CLEARLY there first. Upon check-out, the cashier Trenette didn't know how to ring up the sandwich (no ticket since the kiosk was down). She asked another employee for the price. The employee correctly told her $4.49. But she rang up the sandwich as a generic deli item for $4.99 instead (transaction #1792312). As there were a lot of customers beginning to come in, I decided not to make a fuss about it and just left. I was there for 15+ minutes for something that should've took less than 5 minutes when I came in while there were no other customers. I've been a loyal and frequent Wawa customer, and this is THE worst experience I had with your company and one of the worst customer service experienced I have had. I absolutely loveee Wawas croissant melts! I always get the pepperoni & provolone one made to order, because most of the time they are not under the warmer. They are that great! Always a decent amount of meat & very cheesy. HOT too just how I like it! Everytime I have one bite left, I wish I had just started eating it🤣 Definitely recommend trying them!

I also would like to make a suggestion to adding "Crossiant Melts" to the ordering kiosk for easier ordering. Because as of right now you have to ask an employee behind the food area if you can have a melt made. Which is fine, the employees are friendly. But I think it would help out a lot so they wouldnt have to stop making someone else's order to see what I want. I'd be a win win for the customer &...

I had the absolute 💯 pleasure of being waited on by this beyond gem wawa was so intelligent in hiring This young lady she is so professional, courteous, she went above and beyond not just for me but for every customer that I saw her come in contact with, I am a true fan of most wawas, and I have visited my fair share in quite a few & I've met some good people whom I've kept in contact with, but this young lady really impressed me as I stopped in for some tedious work due to me being on an arrand for Arnetts Family Store!
