Napoli Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Colonial Heights

This place is nothing short of a dumpster fire of an establishment.

It's location is on a run down section of Rt.1 . Their parking lot is hard to get through if there is any sort of other traffic in it. The building itself is run down. Inside everything that is not touched frequently is covered in dust. One of their doors are broken, making access to half the lot hard to access due to no sidewalk.

The staff, are incompetent at best. Racist/sexist at worst. A friend placed an order for my wife and I to pick up. When we arrived my wife went in to pick up the order. She gave the name, the detailed order, and when it was called in. They stated they "did not have that type of order." They checked around the kitchen, spoke to each other in Spanish. They asked her to confirm the order. She then repeated the order info in detail and name.(which is not a common name) "We have no such order." They described one other order for pick up that was not ours.

Embarrassed my wife left. Our friend called. They reported to them "they were confused as to who was picking up the order.

Moral of the story, don't go to this location if you or your spouse are BIPOC. They will screw you around and act ignorant.

This place is a little local pizza place that we have been going to for years. It has been very good for most all of our visits. I recently ordered a takeout pizza as. We have done most every week for a good while. This time the pizza was really not up to par, lack of sauce and cheese, very dry. I am not a complainer but I thought this needed to be addressed. I called that evening and a nice young lady answered and I told her my problem She was very nice and said she was sorry and let them know and they would replace it. Because of the virus it was a month before we got back. I called to order a pizza and told the person on the phone about the previous conversation and she put me on hold and then a manager came on and told me that they have a book that they keep complaints in and they are only good for a week. Bottom line here is that I have been regular here for the past several years and I am not trying to get a pizza for free. So if this is what it comes down to, a good customer and a 7.99 pizza you don’t have to worry about me coming back to you establishment. Wow I am glad you saved that money! Oh yes I will tell all my friends about this...

Been a regular of this restaurant for a while, but has gone downhill and won't go back. Last time we ordered from here about a month ago, the pizza was delivered with the top of the box smashed into the pizza, box was soggy. Drove the pizza back up to the restaurant, they did make a new one, but by the time I got it home again box and pizza were soggy; we did get stuffed crust which we hadn't before and that was the only difference. We decided to try again since we used to really like this place hoping it was just a fluke. Was told it would be 40 minutes for delivery (it was a Friday night so understandable). After an hour I called, was blown off saying it would be soon, when I asked how long she then did ask my address and said it would be 3 to 4 minutes. 10 minutes later it arrived, and that's when I was told their delivery person never showed up for work. I could have been told this to start with and been given the option of picking up the pizza, but was just given the runaround. After waiting so long, pizza was barely warm and had to be heated in the microwave. Two bad experiences in a row, they have lost a long...
