Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

Can't say much about the food because I ultimately decided not to eat here. I had to use the bathroom before ordering and 6:40 am there was literal dried poop all over the bathroom toilet seat. You could tell that it hadn't been cleaned from the night before. I shook it off and used the other stall. Back in the dining area, there were flies everywhere. No one had greeted me when I came in and now standing at the counter, no one was in sight. That gave me time to look at the menu but it hadn't been changed to the breakfast menu yet. After about 3-4 minutes, a lady saw me and called over a cashier who then proceeded to try to change over the signs by whacking at them with a broom. This confirmed my suspicion that I was the first in-lobby customer of the day even though they had been open for quite some time and that the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned for who knows how long. Edit 2/23/22: I just waited 30 mins in line when I was only the 4th car in line. I understand the pandemic has made employing people more difficult but making me wait that long and then handing me stale food that looks and tastes like it’s been out all day is just plain rude. I haven’t had any recent issues with the 2 other Wendy’s in the area, so it makes me think the owner is just being a cheapskate!

Good for lunch but avoid breakfast.

I’ve had nothing but trouble getting breakfast here. First time, my order was wrong. The 2nd time, I had to wait 10 mins to order, then another 10 mins for the food. I think my 3rd time everything went well, but today, I had to wait close to 15 mins for my food.

I’m rating them 3 stars bc their lunch service has always been good, but I’m going to stop coming here for breakfast until they get their kinks ironed out. Which is too bad bc their Maple Chicken...

I like Wendy's. When you go to THIS Wendy's you never really know what you're going to get in the bag, despite what you ordered. Recently, I ordered 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers and a small fry, I got 3 orders of fries and 2 regular cheeseburger. I told them...it was ok per staff...I've order a taco salad and gotten a BBQ salad before, but they remembered the chili and salsa sooo...I used to check my drive-thru order but since I pretty much like all of Wendy's food, it's like a game now... wonder what food I'll get this time. I figured sometimes more food than I ordered, sometimes less. I just thought since it's wrong 75% of the time, it'll all come out in the wash eventually. They're always nice. It's always been clean inside when I used to go in and get my order corrected. I just drive happily off now knowing it'll be fun when I get to my destination to see what...
