Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

The service at this wendys is very poor . I ordered a number 1 combo meal, but I was not asked if I wanted a single or double or triple and it was a large order I went to the window and paid .Checked my bag there was no straw no Ketchup and manyosuse like I asked I left drove back to my job starting to eat my sandwich and it was not what I ordered. So I called the wendys and they didnt answer the phone correctly they said hello thats all so i said thats not how you answer the phone what happened to thank you for calling wendys how can I help you spoke to the manager about what happend she told me to came back and asked for the manager so I did and once I got there the manager acted like she knows nothing I told her I was the one that called and you are the one that took my order at the drive throw she started to get nasty with me I told her that u said that you will make a new order for me with the correct ingredients in it .So she just handed me the sandwich I said what happened to the fries and drink when you tell someone to come back and that you will fix the order the Wright way I expect it to be the hole order and not just the dame sandwich. We like Wendy's food but our experience at this place was terrible. It was about 1-2 months ago on a Friday evening. We walk to the counter and the Manager lady is talking on the phone, she didn't care about us. And then one of the employee asked her a question instead of telling him to "hold on" he tells us the customers "Hold on" with an "annoying" face no please nothing. Then when we finally get the food then we see that the ketchup section is all empty, my husband already took a picture I will upload that soon. I go back to the counter to ask for ketchup and the lady gives me 2 ketchup packets (the little ones) for my husband and I to eat our fries with. I am like are they out of their mind, then when we told her she never apologizes for anything and looking at all these other customers have left who were on the line. We would have left too but we were getting late for our next thing so somehow we dealt with this situation and finished our supper and left. Never EVER to this Wendy's place!! We visited here today on a group lunch outing with about 6 of us total. We came around noon, and the place was packed, as to be expected. However, to our dismay, even with a restaurant full of workers, unknown to us if the second register was working or not, an elderly lady named Michelle was working her tail off all by herself to get orders filled, paid for and occasionally bagged and made. The wait was long, but to my dismay, this poor woman was asking for help from her coworkers and was getting little to nothing in return. They were all busy doing their own thing, leaving Michelle to fend for herself in front of a line of about 20+ customers. She tried to keep a happy face through it all, but I really felt bad for her. I told her she was doing amazing when I got to her and kept my order brief, but management needs to look at their staffing schedule, especially if they are allowing this at one of the busiest times of the day.
