I went to the Wendy's on j Clyde Morris boulevard tonight only because I didn't have a choice because McDonald's was full I know how Wendy's are they always skimp me on my fries every single freaking time, I was ordering for two people myself and my son I got the biggie bag which that doesn't matter in this review but the fries do and then I got my son a medium fry and a 6-piece spicy nugget and of course when I get home they both look the same they had the same amount of fries in them it just makes me so angry because he has a bigger appetite than I do and I at least expect a medium fry when I order it, this is not the first time they do this all the time I guess they don't have enough fries in the basket and they don't feel like putting more down than going to grab a bigger box and put fries in there and there you go there's a medium fry know that's just very rude it's very wrong and they do it all the time I've only been there maybe six times maybe once out of the six times they gave me the right amount in my bag and I know McDonald's wouldn't have done that or Burger King Burger King was too far down I just don't like that at all it really just annoys me and every time I have went to Wendys again and again after I started catching on was because McDonald's was too backed up and Wendy's didn't have anybody in their line so I just went there but I guarantee you this will be my last time I will not go there again I don't care what's going on I will go to China before I go to that Wendy's and the young girl at the register was rude also I said thank you to her twice once when she opened the window to give my card back she just stares at me after I say thank you and then she open the window to give my bag and I said thank you ma'am she didn't say a word disclose the window and I made sure to say it very loud but not rude at all just wanted to make sure she heard me say thank you to see what she would do and of course nothing and it's just yeah whatever I'm not one to complain all the time like this I'm really not but friendly services does go a long way if they don't want to be there they shouldn't have...

I was handed through the drive thru scalding (literally) hot chili that was sideways in the bag & without the lid on. It went through the bag and all over my arm, lap, interior of my car, and then the exterior of my car as I handed back. My arm is burned. My shirt is stained in multiple places. My interior of my car now needs to be detailed and hope the chili stains will come off of my light cloth interior. I was not even offered napkins to wipe the burning chili off of me. I had to use the napkins from my car dipped into my drink to do so. As I was trying to wipe the burning chili off of me, I was told by the drive thru worker to move my car out of the drive thru and then was yelled at by another worker that I had no reason to be upset. The manager came out and tried to wipe off the outside of my car but, again nothing was even given to me to wipe it off myself or the inside of the car. The manager said those young people in the drive thru "have no sense." Read moreIf you are hungry and planning on eating some Wendy’s fast food, avoid this one at ALL COSTS! I live near the area, and have gone here twice because I enjoy Wendy’s food. The first time I got a Baconator meal. I specifically said no mayonnaise. The drive thru staff were rude, and when I got home I found mayonnaise all on my burger which ruined it for me.
I decided to give them another chance today and stopped there to get a large #2 double with NO mayo and NO pickles. The drive thru associate even repeated it back to me! I got my meal and went home. I was not only upset to find a small fry in my back even though I paid for a large. I was also surprised to find mayo and pickles on my burger. Absolutely ruined.
There are some serious staffing issues at this restraunt and they need to figure out who the bad apples are and replace them with people who care about the customer, because after the experiences at this restraunt, I am leaving with a thought that Wendy’s doesn’t care about who works at their restraunt or how the customer feels.
