Worst service I have ever experienced. I saw the horrible reviews, and I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, and even if the food was terrible, at least the margaritas might taste okay. I went on Sunday early afternoon, the place was moderately busy. The waitress took at least 20 minutes to take our order. She did grab waters and chips for us before our order. I asked for place settings and napkins and it was never brought to us. I ordered my dishes and asked for 2 margaritas. 30 minutes went by, and finally 1 Margarita was brought to us. Already frustrated with the wait and terrible service, I asked the waitress to cancel.the other margarita. The waitress came back and said that it couldn't be canceled. I told her, "come on, it's been more than 30 minutes, please cancel". Then another waitress came back to say that my order can't be cancelled. I told her to just bill me for the one margarita, and please cancel everything else. Then the manager came over and asked what was going on. I told him that I had been waiting for over half an hour for my food, drinks, and place settings. I just want to cancel the order. He told me that it's really busy and their doing the best that they can. I responded, that's fine, but no one mentioned that to me, no one has checked in me, and I don't understand why can't my order be cancelled. I started to get loud because he wouldn't cancel my order, he finally decided to take the margarita away from me (literally) and said that he would take care of it. As I'm gathering my things, I could hear him at the bar, telling the customers there about me. So I walked over there and made it known that I was the lady he's talking about, and how rude and unprofessional he was...

Milanesa steak, steak ranchero and a tamal… but let’s start with the salsa and chips. The chips were semi decent the salsa tasted like it went past it’s expiry date. The steak ranchero was probably the best thing out of this order, highly recommend. The meat in that dish is soft and delicious, the sauce only enhances its taste. Individually tasting just as good as the dish that’s set up. For the milanesa steak the meat was gray underneath the bread crumbs definitely not something I’d order again; the beans were too salty and tasted like they were served a day too late. The rice wasn’t dry and not too wet, not too much tomato and not too seasoned seems like it was thought out a bit more than their other sides. The tamal, not particularly fond of wet tamales but the sauce in this guy was a bit flavorless to me no spice. However, the meat and sauce I side the tamal was flavorful, if only the masa was prepared better it would’ve been as easy as wipe the sauce off it and slide it right in your mouth. The albondiga soup wasn't bland and wasn’t over salted and the meatballs I guess you could say didn’t look undercooked. The service was a bit slow for a restaurant that only had three tables filled and about 5 waitresses. Took a bit to get basic stuff like a check and a drink refill. The waitress seemed nice but also seemed like she just didn’t want to be there but that’s about it, it does have a bar you can enjoy they play their music and have some good conversation so if that’s something you’re interested in you could go to that half of the restaurant and order...

This place is horrible! Went there for a Christmas dinner with some co workers, waitress lagged literally on everything. We got our food all at different times and one didn’t even get her food at all, they ended up bringing her plate out when we were all finished with ours. They basically messed up on half of our orders, you could tell the waitress was getting irritated because we’d send our plates back but why if that’s there fault? Food was not good at all. Salad was watery, Chile relleno was mushy. And the list goes on. If we wanted refills we’d literally have to yell across the room or stop another worker that was not our waitress to get it for us. Then towards the end we each wanted our tab and this lady rang everything up and ASSUSEMD it was all together! Like no it’s separate but that’s her fault for not asking to begin with if we were all separate or together. You should always ask if you see that there’s a big party? She went back to the registers mad. And was basically gossiping to her fellow coworkers about us! Last time I go there! I knew what I was getting into When i looked up the reviews! They are horrible and so bad and I still decided to give this place a try!...

Parking is hard to find but good service is even harder to find. Trying to get the waitress attention was like trying to be the first in line on Black Friday. Both waitresses, the older lady with black hair and the younger lady with good hair, stated they could not put up the Sun shade because their manager would not allow them to. When I asked for their manager they stated he was not in the building z whatever happened to reasonable customer service. All we wanted to do was see our vehicle from the middle seats we were sat in for a party of 7. Does not the amount of money we spent play any factor in contributing to their success as a business owner so taking care of the customer small needs should be reasonable enough to grant a request. At this point it doesn’t matter how the food or drinks tasted, without good customer service you’re just another one of those restaurants.

Our party of 6 has a great time together at this location. Our servers were kind and attentive. I got the chili Verde burrito with a chicken enchilada, rice/beans (all of it was delicious) & a Pepsi. I will say their Pepsi was on point, sometimes it just taste better some places, this was one ☺️. Other members of our party got asada fries (good, but fries weren't seasoned), asada torta (really good, perfect amount of meat) & carnitas (huge portion, flavor was good but the meat itself was on the dry side). I would definitely recommend this as a spot to eat at, our overall experience was great & the prices were all very reasonable.
